My engine broke unexpectedly on my 2007 Scion tC and I needed a new one. I originally had my car towed to Pat's because it was the closest shop to where I broke down, but after getting a quote from Pat's and calling other shops for a quote, we thought they offered a very fair price and we had them do the work. They were amazing! They called me with options for engines and let me choose the one I wanted, and they ordered it for me. They were incredibly patient with me. They kept me constantly in the loop with what was happening with my car, which I loved because my car is my baby and I couldn't stand to just sit and wait. They went above and beyond what I expected. They gave my car an oil change ( I was due for one) and even fixed the handle on my trunk that the tow truck driver broke, without me even asking! I feel I should stress how awesome their patience was. As a college student, it took me a couple weeks to save up the large amount of money needed for an engine replacement, and I never once felt rushed and they didn't charge me extra for keeping my car on their lot while I saved up the cash. The final price was in line with the original quote they gave me. I would definitely recommend them, and I will definitely be a return customer. Thank you Pat's!
I found out about Dent Depot about a year and a half ago. Had a few dents removed from my truck, which turned out great! A few months later, I brought them my boat which had been sitting outside, uncovered for years. They worked with my budget, and I was able to have all of the seats repaired for a reasonable price. They actually restored the old covers, rather than making all new seat covers, which would have been out of my budget. I've also used them for my motorcycle. The seat was torn, and they made new covers for both seats and the backrest, which all look better than new! I can also say that the quality of their paint is top-notch! After getting the seat on the bike redone, I decided to see what they could do with paint and body work. I had them paint the entire bike. They did a phenomenal job - Viper Bright Blue Pearl - It really is a show-quality job. They even do mechanical repairs. The staff all have a can-do attitude, and Mike is willing to work with you if you are on a budget. A very capable, professional, and respectful shop. I would recommend them to my closest friends and family, and anyone else for that matter.
Stop looking! You've found the best repair shop anywhere!!! I never write reviews, but I had to write about Hondura! I've been a customer of theirs for nearly ten years. I have a '98 Lexus with 201,000 and a '07 Honda with 190,000 miles. I realize they are both great cars but maintaining them is the #1 priority. My cars both run great and I would set out on a cross-country trip in either one because Hondura keeps them running great. I love the people at Hondura because they are experts in their field and they are really honest. When I took the Lexus in for four new struts, they insisted I only needed the two in front replaced. They could have replaced all 4 and I would have been perfectly happy but it was more important to them to be honest. Whenever I take my cars in, they check them over completely and always call and discuss everything with me including the costs before they do anything. I will always buy only the models Hondura works on because I won't ever find another shop as good as them. Sorry this is so long, I just really believe in them and they haven't let me down in ten years!

I want to apologize for not being able to meet you and handle your car repair experience myself as I was out with the flu for 3 days and had my dad here to cover for me in my absence. He really is a great guy and would go out of his way to help anyone but please understand he is not used to being here dealing with the day to day business especially during a busy time such as tax season. My family has been doing business with Scott's Goodyear for as long as I can remember. My grandpa and I used to go there when he needed new tires, wipers, or breaks. Now my husband and I do the same. We have never had problems with Scott's Goodyear, they always do the work properly, and the employees and owners have always been very nice and helpful. With over 20 years of doing business with them I trust them to do the work, do it right, and not get ripped off. I do know that businesses and people do change and hope that they continue to be reputable and based on the numbers quoted in the previous review I wonder how accurate the review is because they have never charged that much for new break pads typically around 100 unless you need new rotors or something else.
When I purchased a older model used mini-van for a business vehicle it was in pitiful shape inside. The person that had driven it had obviously had a carseat in the middle row of seats. There were spilled soda stains in and around every cupholder. There were dozens of petrified Maraschino cherries on the floor and stuck to the mats and the carpet. Took it to Malibu because of their relationship to the Moore Chamber of Commerce and am I ever glad I did. They had to keep the vehicle overnight but when I picked it up it was like they had driven it there right off the showroom floor. Everything was clean and it smelled nice inside. Not a dessicated piece of food to be seen. Excellent work at a fair price. I recommend them for their detailing expertise.
The Key has worked with someone, such as myself, that has less than stellar credit. As a single mom that has no outside support they have been an incredible blessing to me and my family!!! Most of all I want to give 5 stars of credit to the service department...especially Matt and Joey in service!!!! Thank you guys; you are the BEST!!!! Matt has always made for sure that all of my needs were met he has always gone over and above to make for sure my car has received the best service possible. Joey has always made for sure my needs were met when needing a loaner while my vehicle has been serviced. I am very thankful the The Key and the Staff that represents The Key so well!!! My Red 93 Dodge Dakota Had the worst tint you could imagine on a truck, strip's had been ripped off from the window exposing torn tint and glue. It looked like a PAIN to get off and hard work but that being said Malibus was the best reviewed and best priced that I could find. They definitely lived up to the name , Customer service was THE BEST. The tint was so beautiful, very well done, And they went beyond then just handing me the key to my new truck, The got it done much earlier and much better then ive seen any other place do. Ill be going back for anything else to be done and Im happy to hand my money over for such good work and service they provide me in return. THANK YOU!
I have had great opportunity from the Key by helping me build my credit and with this kind of interest in helping people, i guess more people will be looking forward for such opportunity. Most people are looking forward for such advantage to make swish in their lives epecially foreigners like myself who have had no idea about credit but that is how it works here in USA. I have liked every thing from the very day Joe called me and it has been great and exceptional. The concern that i have is, how often do the Key report to the credit office for updates and how consistent we are in paying our car loans. So far so good and better.
The internet department was very helpful. I was shopping online, since I am very busy and time is always at a premium, and found the car that I wanted in thier inventory at the lowest price in the metro. I contacted the internet department, who quickly responded with a phone call and an email, and let me know the car I was looking at was still there, as well as set an appointment with me for a demo drive. When I went down, the car was pulled up and ready, and I was in and out in less than half the time it always normally would take for me to buy one. The internet is the best way to buy!!!
