I had a rocky at best relationship with this dealership. My original salesman Sterling made a deal and changed it after i drove 4.5 hours to get the car I already had a deal on and wasn't even there when I arrived. The person that was really great to me and help tremendously was Tony Knight. This guy was very courteous and did everything to help. Sadly, deal fell through because of an a sales manager that treats the customers poorly and doesn't honor deals. So, I complained on every social media and got in contact with the GM. The GM still sided on the fact that I was lying, not his salesman but honored the original price plus their $500 document fee. If working with this dealership make sure you get everything in writing beforehand. Im sad to say that the dealership was not apologetic and left me with the feeling that they believe I lied about a deal their salesman made. It was obvious that one of their people made a mistake and was covering for it. If working with Bob Howard Nissan, I would strongly suggest that you work with Tony Knight, because he honored everything he said to me and seemed to have the utmost integrity.

I have brought 2 Mustangs from Bob Moore Ford and each time it has been a great experience. The first one I brought off the lot mainly for my wife so she would have something while I was deployed (I'm in the Air Force). They took care of us and gave us a good deal, not great but good. Also while I was gone the service department did an excellent job taking care of the car and my wife's concerns and wants with the car. When I came home I decided I wanted a fully loaded '14 V6 in deep impact blue instead of the black '12 V6 we already had which only had a couple options. So I went back to Bob Moore to order one this time and Krystal Marazzi my saleswomen and Mitch the manager took care of my every need and want from order to delivery. Krystal kept me updated often throughout the entire process and they even accommodated my demands for when the car arrived at the dealership. No washing, no stickers and front license plate, lol. Overall I'm very happy with Bob Moore Ford and I will always go to them whenever I want to buy a Ford or have service needs on my pony!! -Anthony
It was a pleasure purchasing a car from Bob Moore Ford. I haven't purchased a car in over 10 years and let me tell you its never a pleasant experience always a hassle and I'm stressed and unhappy. But I have to admit from the minute I pulled up in the parking lot at Bob Moore Ford I was pleasantly greeted and welcomed by the staff. The finance manager Steven introduced me to Krystal to assist me with purchasing a car. Krystal asked me all the right questions for my purchase. I told her what type of vehicle I was looking for and my price range. She gave me a variety of vehicles in my price range and she even suggested a better selection of the type of vehicles I was looking for. I'm very happy with my selection of the Mazda CX-7 it is beautiful and was exactly in my price range. The financing process went very smoothly I wasn't at the dealership all day long only a few hours. All the staff were very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend Bob Moore Ford for my future business and others looking to purchase.
I want to thank Bob Howard Hyundai for their wonderful customer service and care! I got a new car through them 3 years ago but hadn't really been back since. I had to replace 2 tires and went to someone else..after my tires were replaced one developed an air bubble which that place fixed under warranty but then I began noticing a strange noise when I was turning to the right, I took it back to that place and they said it was a broken wheel bearing and would be $250 to replace...I was nervous (I don't know much about cars, sadly) so I brought it back to my Bob Howard Hyundai dealership where I found out that nothing was broken, that other place had just failed to tighten an axle bolt (which can be potentially life threatening while driving on the highway since the tire could become dislodged). Hyundai fixed it for me at no cost and helped assure me that they are there if I ever need anything! Truly grateful for all these wonderful people!
Sales Rep. Krystal Marazzi rocks ! And Jeanne Keffer, too ! I sent these fine girls photos of my 2008 Lincoln Mark LT 4WD pickup to trade in on a 2011 Ford Platinum 4WD truck. They were easy to work with, quick with answers, very friendly, and they were super fair on my trade in. I flew to Oklahoma City the next day, Krystal Marazzi picked me up at Will Roger Airport, took me to the dealership to see the Platinum. We worked a trade deal in about 20 minutes, and she then drove me back to the airport as I had to fly top Montana. Wen I came back the next week they agreed to meet me halfway between Tulsa & Oklahoma City on the turnpike, we made the swap, and I am a happy customer! I went into this dealership expecting luxury. I traded in my low mileage 2011 Chevy Silverado for a low mileage (35,000) Cadillac SRX. I went in without my husband and worked as good a deal as I could. After 3 months and 3,000 miles later my car broke down on my way to work. I had it towed to the dealer. I pulled the carfax. Something was off. I'd been duped. They had sold me a car that had been in an extensive accident with multiple airbag deployment. My car was internally distributing fuel in my engine. We met with a manager trying to recover back money lost. They advised my husband we could by a car from them. No! We were then sent to a partner dealership that worked a deal due to our situation. Needless to say we still didn't get our full dollar back. If you buy from here MAKE THEM DISCLOSE DAMAGES!! All they care about is the sale.
We recently bought a truck. Everything with the sale was good. Just recently had issues with the extended warranty we got. Went and we talked to Eric Gooddale the business office director, he listened to our issues and we want to say THANK YOU so much for not letting us walk out not satisfied with the issues we had. He took care of the problem and was very professional about it. We definitely recommend Bob More Ford! Oh and to add to this if you take your car to get serviced there they will give you a ride home or to work if it's going to take a while for your car to be ready. They even pick you up when your car is ready. I've never heard of anything like this before.. NOW that's really taking care of customers.
WOW, I am seeing these reviews and can't be more surprised!!! Tony, Tony and John are great!! I bought a 2004 Ford Explorer less than 3 years ago and I love it. It had very low miles and the price was perfect. Even with my credit we were able to make the sale. I take it back every 3000 miles for my oil and service to be done. This truck has made multiple trips back and forth to Florida and I have never once had any trouble with it. Not to mention my last visit they caught an issue before it became a problem even took the time to show me and to explain it. I could not be more happy!!! Tony, Tony and John you guys rock don't listen to the negatives you know you run a good establishment and those that matter do too!!
I have been financing a Dodge truck from too Chuys for the past 2 years.. my credit was bad and I didn't think I was going to get any help. They went out of thier way and financed that dodge for me at a very important time, the time, and place could not have been any better.. after to years of financing I realized I needed something different.. so I went back in and met Victor ramero. We saw a car online, and we were talking to a guy online about the price. We finally got a great price. Surprise, surprise when we got to the dealership, the price we were told was a "mistake". They lied just to get us down there. We should have run then, but we didn't. After some dealing (still not as good as they originally said), we purchased the car. What they didn't tell us was that it didn't come with a key fob. This is was a car with electric everything, so I just assumed it would have a key fob. Our sales guy said he would ask his manager about it, but we haven't heard anything over 2 months later. I'm sure we won't since they already got our business. Go here if you enjoy being lied to.
