We all want to save money and hassle by not having to send our phones in to the factory but I have learned my lesson with my HTC One which was out of warranty. Would no longer take a charge while turned on and was no longer recognized by computer. Took the phone in on Wednesday and sent someone by on Friday to check on it. They were told that the phone had been sent out to another location to put under the microscope. I called them Monday and asked about it and they claimed they had tried to contact me (once) on another cell phone and the voice mail was not set up. Someone monitors this phone from around Noon through the night, so not many attempts were apparently made to contact me. I also left a business card with an email address which I mentioned as preferable and business card was stapled to the work order. They told me that the phone needed a new charging port and would be $75 and that it had NOT been sent anywhere, (Why the lie?) so I said fix it. I do have my phone back and appears to work fine now, but when I put it under the microscope I can see the damage they did to the case in prying it open on both sides and the bottom. Next time it goes to the factory, lesson learned... I can no longer sell the phone for half of what I was prepared to get.
I cannot say enough nice things about Xpress Cellular Repair. I went in there by chance when I was in Edmond and little did I know how fortunate I was! They are all extremely knowledgeable and took a lot of time explaining things to me. I ended up buying a used Samsung Galaxy Note! They showed me how to use it and I got a lot more training than I would have gotten if I had bought it through ATT. A few times after buying it, I had another question and they were very patient with me and helped me over the phone. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone!

We never took the phone apart. We called and said phone is ready for pick up. Yes after Ranger destroy my store I did Punch him in the face

The assoiciates here are the slowest ive ever seen. Also not knowledgeable with tmobile policies and plans. Took 2 hours to figure out a simple procedure of jumping a phone. I suggest going elsewhere if you have a life to live.
