I wish I could give this company ZERO stars. The cord to my premature daughter’s apnea machine broke and they are refusing to bring a replacement until tomorrow. So the monitor and alarm don’t work. I asked what if my daughters heart stopped beating or she stopped breathing and they were like that’s just the way it is so deal with it and HUNG UP on me. This company doesn’t care whether your children live or die. They’re monsters.
I️ have been using Majors Medical Supply for more than 10 years. They deliver my oxygen and I️ also got my wheelchair from them. Their staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery technician has taken very good care of me and is knowledgeable and polite. I️ highly recommend this company
They changed my prespective about home health care. My husband had hard time, not just physically. He was upset that his body is giving up on him. But these nurses, they did an amazing job. They babied him and built his confidence. Now we go for our regular walk. I recommend these girls for anyone. His ortho and primary dr. is very impressed too. Thanks for all help.

I have been calling this company since October 2016 to provide in-home care for my mother. I've been told "they were waiting on paprwork to be completed., Last week I received a call that they had the paperwork and had a PCA scheduled this Monday. No one showed up Monday so I called them, No response. Tuesday, no PCA. It's Wednesday and I will call again. I will probably have to change health care companies.
I have had several surgeries here and the Doctors and Staff are the Best! Knee Arthroscopy and Lumbar Spine Abulation. Your are in expert hands here! Also my granddaughter was born here.
I had to give at least one star very unfriendly rude do not listen to you wouldn't take my dog to them. Never again will I ever go to this place
Front clerk was stuffing her mouth with food when I walked in, had crumbs all over her face. Asked to insure they were in network and I was told they couldn't tell me that, that I had to check with my insurance company myself. I have been to plenty of health facilities that can tell you if they take your plan or not. Felt that she was too lazy to check. Could be wrong, but all the other places I have been to in the past year have been more than able to tell me if they were in my network for coverage or not. Very unprofessional and not very courteous!
