The lady was very helpful and pleasant. I REALLY enjoyed talking with her. It is so hard to find good customer service these days!
Roy Copeland is a wonderful man to deal with. Unfortunately, his daughter Carla/Karla is a completely inept human being with the professional fortitude of a gnat. She is never available, will not answer phone calls, and resorts to responding with texts instead. She contradicts her father, Roy's, agreements with you. This being the case, you MUST get anything and everything in writing from Roy if you make any agreements with him. If not, she will just argue with you and make excuses as to why you are wrong and that's just how it is. I would love to give this place a higher rating for Roy's sake. Unfortunately, his daughter ruins any hope of this ever happening. Completely horrible experience. I have had numerous storage units throughout my life. This has been by far the worst ever because of one single person. I would HIGHLY suggest you look elsewhere because of her.
Be sure to store your furnishings, clothes, etc. with plenty of mothballs, because it's likely you'll be moving more than just YOUR family into your new home. The facility idiots won't be held accountable for THEIR infestation, you will.
The new management of this facility is great go see Jim and his friendly staff for a great storage experience.
I rented a unit for almost a year. The staff were the kindest people a business could ever have. When it came time to get my things it cost me $50 more than it should have. I'll explain what happened. On the first day of June which was a Thursday I went to the office to tell the guy in charge I was there to get the rest of my things in the unit . Now keep in mind I was all paid up to this point. He said I couldnt get my things until I paid up. He said the minute it comes the first...at midnight...the computers charges you for that entire month. I ask him to prorate it like he did when i got the unit. He said the company doesnt prorate when you're moving out of the unit. I ask him if i could talk to his boss. He said he wasnt allowed to give out his number. He also refused to call his boss for me as well. So since I was 12 hours into the first it cost me $50. Would I rent again from these guys? Definitely not!
I have heard a lot of bad things about this place, but now that it's under new management, and new ownership, they have really been a great help thank you so much to our friends Tim and Bart.
The manager was exceptional in helping me with my storage. The property is clean, and gated. The lowest prices I found!! And I got a free month!!
Last 3 months of rental they "mysteriously" added fees... When I told them this was going to be my last month, they froze my access code until I paid more money. The main lady that works during the day is extremely rude and disrespectful. Recommend finding another place for storage!
We have storage units 5x5 5x10 5x15 10x10 and 10x20. we are open mon-sat 9:30am to 4pm. closed on sundays
Rented a climate control unit and ac didn't work for months. Put in a thermometer in our unit and it was 85-95 degrees on any given day for months until we moved out. Complained and they said we called in repair, but no repair happened just excuses. Back fence was falling down, our unit flooded in the fall for unknown reasons they said. Handle broken to our hallway and when fixed was told there was a "trick" to opening it. Locked out when our movers came because of computer problem so paid movers to sit and wait until personel came in late to work and rebooted it.
