My wife and I finally saved enough money to get a fireplace installed in our living room, this has been our dream for the last year. We wanted something that would be have quality, stylish features, and most of all efficiency. So the search for a new fireplace began, and we started by doing some research on the internet. While looking through the hundreds of companies and distributors on the internet I came across a company called Heat N' Sweep Inc. The company was located in Okemos, MI and was about an hour away from us. I didn't want to drive all the way down to just look around so I decided to browse around their website. To my luck, their website was full of different fireplaces and gave us some ideas for our own home. I sent an email to a sales associate named Kathy, I told her that my wife and I were shopping around for a new fireplace and that we weren't set on anything just needed some ideas. What I couldn't believe was how quickly she responded, the very NEXT DAY! She sent me pictures, brochures, and catalogs that were just full of information and ideas. She was so nice in the email letter she even invited us to come down to the store and see some fireplaces on display just to get ideas. So we decided to make the drive down and I am so glad we did! We arrived to the store and walk in and I was greeted by such a nice lady and she said her name was Kathy. I couldn't believe it, the email I got was from someone that actually worked on their sales floor! Of course she remembered me from the my email and we began to chit chat and we sat down on one of their furniture sets and began to explain what we wanted. She never pressured us into anything just continually kept giving us ideas that were affordable yet stylish. Before we knew it we found exactly what we wanted. We set up a house call and someone came out and actually took some measurements and made sure the fireplace we wanted would work, and of course it did. After that, we set up an installation date and the installers came out and explained how everything worked and we couldn't believe how polite and professional they were. Before we knew it we were sitting in front of our fireplace, our dream, which is now the center of attention in our living room. Our family and friends would ask where we went and we told them to get to Heat N' Sweep and check out all the great products and ideas they have for your home.

I recommend Heat N' Sweep to anyone looking to add a little spark and style to their home, and they will do their best to meet all your needs and desires. I wish all companies did business like Heat N' Sweep because our state would be a lot better off.
