Discount Tire

The company I work for, my family, co-workers and friends have been going to the Okemos Discount Tire for years and have never been disappointed with their service. They are always friendly and efficient towards us. The quality of the work and tires has always been above and beyond. Sometimes there is a wait on service, but that is because they always seem to have so many customers on the list which is something that they can't control. They do allow you to set up appointments though which is awesome! They have always been mine and many others favorite!

I have been buying tires at the store for twenty years and always was very please with their service....until recently when I visted the store on two occasions to buy tires for my car and was basically put on ""hold"" while they visited with friends or took calls while working with me.....very unprofressional.

Multiple repeated mistakes on consecutive visits through ignorance or carelessness; needless waste of my time. Unprofessional staff (rude, argumentative, and arrogant). There is no reason to patronize this store and reward their poor customer service and incompetence when there are other great stores in the area. I have only seen this anti-customer attitude at this Discount Tire; it is quite the opposite at the other Lansing area locations. Discount Tire is a great business and my favorite tire seller, but the Okemos store should be avoided. It is worth driving farther to the store on Pennsylvania (my favorite, outstanding customer service) or the west side store (very friendly and professional).
