I would rate this company with high expectations but the facts are what they are. I got great care upon working there… then the " you may review the comment that Bob T put on"….. The customer service repressive who is in charge of HR doesn't care one bit. It starts with a , "V" and thats all I'll say.
Was great til they pulled the Google project. Now at&t is waving their dictatious wand harder than ever due to some security issues. HR is a joke(unless you can get ahold of corporate). Loved the recruiters. Management always did what they could for me. The sup's do managements dirty work. Its a call center, and to get ahead here, all you have to do is show some skin. Great site, rubbish company.
I've worked for this company for three and a half years, I have done every position from agent, to floor walking, mentoring, supervising, and now administration. With Teleperformance you get what you give, if you give it your all and you have a positive attitude you will go very far. There is advancement opportunities and so many different directions one can go in their career here. I have never worked for an employer who offers as many incentives as they do or tries as hard as they do to make their employees happy. In addition, the upper management truly cares about their people, and any issues an employee has can be brought directly to the attention of those people anonymously or in person. This is the best job I have ever had.
