If there's anything wrong with your order, you're on your own. No tech support, not return friendly, horrible. If you buy it here, you ate it. Be very sure before you buy.
I sent my Aquabot Turbo T2 for service, I had already replaced drive belts, bushings tracks, they said the drive motor and the pump were burned out, the service guy James suggested I just get a new one because the repairs were going to be expensive, $800.00, a new one is about $1200.00, so I decided to look into it, in the mean time he threw away all of the old parts thinking if I got a new one from them I wouldn't need the old parts, I couldn't get the money so I wanted everything sent back, he was going to charge me $90.00 to dig all of the parts he threw away out of the dumpster, the parts he did send back were the parts I replaced, he tossed about $800 in spare parts in the dumpster, I am in contact with the Better Business Bureau in Utah and my next phone call is to the local Police in Ogden to charge Jesse James with Grand Larceny
I got pool cleaner, and they post on website $200 rebate,later on they do not except rebate anymore, this company lie customers, stay away from this company, I did waste my time and money, not worth.
Don't Use Them --- BEWARE!!!!! previous BAD comments are correct, HORRIBLE customer service, won't stand behind their staff breaking your equipment, holds no responsibility and have horrible customer service, told me I was acting like an A$$ - hummm, should I keep paying you to treat me this way ... I think NOT!!!!!!! Only reason I gave ONE Star was that was my lowest option available - BEWARE!!!!!!!
Service is terrible and the techs don't have a clue. They really don't seem to care. I recently paid $85 for a home call for them to tell me they didn't know what was wrong. I've been doing business there for ten years, but never again.
Nice people. Good products. Don't count on their service! We had our hot tub cover blow open during a major windstorm. It filled up with leaves and was a total mess. I called Sun Play because we bought our hot tub from them. I scheduled a cleaning ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE. Even though I was concerned with waiting a week with all the crap that was now in the water, they assured me it would be okay, and that they would be there the next week Scheduling that far out would make it no problem for them to get here that day, Their words, not mine. At 11:35 the scheduled day, I finally got confirmation I was on the schedule for that day. I was then told that they may not make it that day! "Will tomorrow be okay?" Tomorrow is NOT OKAY! That is why I waited a full week to get this done: SO I WOULD GET IT DONE TODAY! What the hell is wrong with people? I got a pretty much don't give a sh!t attitude from them. If I ever buy another hot tub or pool, I will definitely think again about going with Sun Play. As a side note: We had a leak in a part of the heating system shortly after purchase. They did fix it, but it took two or three trips because they didn't have the part, then the part had to be ordered, etc.
