I have been going to Summit Medical for almost 5 years now. I am an access member an an very pleased with the services they provide. I do have Blue Cross insurance as well but for a cold/flu i wouldn't go any whete else. They have kept me healthy and to be able to do that is a great feat in itself. Thank you Summit Medical..
Called to see what time they were open till because a friend has a screw through his toe and is bleeding through his shoe! Casey on the phone said they were full and even though it was 6:30 and they didn't officially stop taking patients till 7 they were not going to have my friend come in "because it would put the provider behind". He said my friend could come in tomorrow at 9:30am. Wow....not cool. Not cool.
Do not go to this office!!! They are completely misleading in their advertising and will charge you triple what they say they will. And then to top it off they will not be AT ALL flexible on working with you to figure out your bill. Just avoid them at all costs, save yourself the time and headache that will follow your visit in their sub-par office. I've been dealing with them for months and months trying to work something out and they are just misleading liars who don't deserve anyone's business. If I could give no stars I would, but it's not an option.
I am a regular customer for this outstanding pharmacy for over ten years! I love the family feeling and amazing customer service that is never forgotten....Betty and her crew are the best anyone could ask for and you never leave with questions unanswered. So hard to find this kind of appreciated, kind treatment these days.
I generally give midtown a 5 star rating. Wonderful Docs. Wonderful staff. But I'm seeing red over the fact that I cannot reach the clinic between 5 & 6pm or on Saturdays. I received a call from the clinic at 5:10pm regarding the fact that my Friday appt. needed to be rescheduled for Wednesday, tomorrow, in the morning. Knowing I couldn't reach the clinic after 5pm, I checked the website for other possible numbers, including urgent care. The one number I found(394-3693) was only to the Fax-line! I called 411 and they couldn't even find a listing for urgent care on Adams. They connected me with Ridgeline where the phone just rang endlessly. Doh! Obviously there's a problem. Please don't have schedulers call after 5 if it is not possible to return the call. Gotta have a number that's CORRECT to make that rerun call. I'm very surprised that this error wasn't found before, considering how long this website has been active. I don't like to complain: consider this constructive criticism.
I saw Dr Barnett in 2007 for a lift. He talked me into small implants at another $2000.00. I agreed and the implants didn't drop so he did a revision a year later, free of charge. I went back in again and he offered to do another revision with no charge to redo the lift. I had medical issues I needed to address and wanted to wait. Now after taking to him he wants $3200.00 to fix the issue. I have bulges where the implants are and then my own tissue. I did put on a little weight but he had told me before that wasn't a factor in 2011. Bottom line is I paid $6200.00 for four breasts. Definitely not pretty.
