Terry Foote is a crook that relies on his lease agreement to help win legal battles. DO NOT EVER rent a place that has Terry Foote listed as the owner. I have no further need to explain it. You will be robbed and be treated like garage if you ever decide to leave/move-out of your apartment. His maintenance staff is a border line joke. If you request a work order and try to have something repaired, they won't do anything about. But when you move out they will charge you for the repair.

Avoid this place, you will lose any deposit you give them and have to pay extra when you move out. If you scratch the counter, sink, tub, floor, or walls in any tiny way they will charge you to refinish the entire thing. I was charged $100 for a countertop with one small barely visible mark, and $95 for a tub with the same small mark not beyond normal wear and tear. I spoke with other previous residents and they were all charged the same things on move out. No matter how clean you are or how good your take care of the unit you will get charged extra money. The police were also regulars in the complex. The criminal element was more prevalent there than any other place I have lived. Stay away.

Do Not rent from here. Make sure and read the entire lease agreement

before signing anything. Upon move out you will not get your deposit back

no matter how clean the unit is and you will be charged unreasonable and absurd

fees. Even if you left the Unit in perfect condition they will still find a

problem and send you to collections for it. When a tentant moves out they move

someone in right away without fixing any of the previous issues. The units

are poorly updated so expect maintenance to be in and our of your apartment

on a monthy or even weekly basis. If you do rent from here expect the worst possible

rental experience and you will go broke after dealing with these shady crooks.

Rents are low and the places are nice. Manager lady is friendly and place looks great.
