The Sign Garage

The product they finally delivered was great but the communication and service is not ideal. I waited for a month for one order with no contact, everytime I called I got a voicemail with no response and sent several emails with no response, I finally had to go into the store to check on the order. I submitted another order a week ago to give them another shot... no reply no contact, I have left them 2 voicemails and called several times with no response back. Really was hoping it would work out but I will have to take my orders elsewhere as I can't wait for months for each order.

These guys are freaking awesome!! I walked into the shop and automatically fell in love with their cute little business. I was shopping for a birthday present for my boyfriend. They helped me come up with an awesome design to put on a hat for him and it took them only 3 minutes! Needless to say my boyfriend loved his hat. I cannot wait to order more things from them, such a great experience working with them. THANK YOU SIGN GARAGE!!!

I stumbled across this shop and immediately fell in love with this store. They show how well they love Ogden with all their products in their store, and not only that, they do custom work! The graphic design, and the printing quality is amazing. The Mangers of the store are great to work with, they are friendly and they will give fair and honest quotes. The price can't be beat! I look forward to doing business with The Sign Garage again.

I really really wanted to like this place. I walked in to get a price quote, price was right, the shop was cool but when it came to actually printing my shirts they dropped the ball big time. The email communication and order process was a joke. Ended up having to print somewhere else after being ignored for 3 weeks.
