Lund Floral

I was sent some flowers for my Birthday. When I got home and saw them they had lillies in them, I am very allergic to them. I called Lund Floral and asked if they could remove the lillies ans put something else in. They did one better, they made me a whole new arrangement and had them ready when I got to the Floral Shop. Thank you so much!

I sent my dad flowers for his birthday, they did a wonderful job making a "manly" arrangement and the colors in the arrangement perfectly matched the birthday balloon!!! Impressive! I chose the "deal of the day" which means they make an arrangement using their own creativity. I would deffinately recommend this! I am a permanant customer of this shop!

My order was made on the wrong weekend so when I came to pick it up they didn't have it ready and had ran out of the color I had ordered. I understand that mistakes happen but the way they chose to handle it was horrible. Never once was I apologized to and was made to feel like I was over reacting it was a prom corsage that now didn't match the girls dress and the prom was the next day. after I seen the one they threw together for me I asked for a refund and went up the street to Jimmys floral they were SO nice and made a perfect corsage and for less!

I ordered an arrangement called "Hugs and Kisses" through the online store. The recipient took a picture and when I saw it, it was very disappointing. The amount of flowers might have been less than half of what they show on the picture online. She still liked the arrangement, but I was trying to compete with another arrangement, and I am currently too far to buy them personally.Also, they do have the option to change the flowers if the ones on the picture aren't available, so I figured, they must have the roses, maybe if anything, they'll fill out the rest with other flowers.Their online store is way too similar to others, maybe they are all powered by the same service, so I was a bit skeptical about ordering online, but I had no choice. Thank God they actually did get my order and delivered it, and another good thing, is they delivered at a good time.But for the amount of money I paid, I would recommend walking into the store itself instead of ordering online.

I live in another State and wanted to make sure my 85 year old Mother had a COFFEE CUP with a smile and THEY HAD IT! Very Awesome and friendly people to work with. THANK YOU SO MUCH! They even had the chocolates she loves! I will for sure use them with every floral need I have.

She is still talking about them (which prompted me to write a review). The Whole Family thought they were beautiful and lasted the entire time they stayed for the holiday. My daughters and I went in to see about ordering loose flowers for my daughter's wedding. Buying loose flowers simply means that you buy the flowers and arrange them as you wish. The owner came completely un-glued when he discovered that one of my daughters was a florist (from Virginia, in no way a competitor) and we would like her to arrange the flowers for her sister's wedding. He called her unethical and unprofessional and told us to leave. I returned later that day to try and clear up the matter yet again. I explained that we wanted to BUY the flowers at his store and have the bride's SISTER (from Virginia, not Utah) arrange them. He was terribly rude and kept going on and on about how we had dared look at HIS books in HIS store. How else could we know which flowers to order?? Another store was so helpful, and happy with the large order we placed. I will not be returning, ever.

I ordered flowers for my wifes 40th birthday last week and she loved them. Their customer service was great and very helpful. I wasnt sure what to get her, so I left it up to them to make something in my price range. I was extremely satisfied. I thought it was of great value. I will recommend Lund Floral to everyone and continue to use them for all my flowers.
