I have been taking my cars to Frank's Auto for over 20 years. They are not the cheapest in town but they are very thorough and stand by their work. In all of the years that I have been going there I have only once had to take something back and they fixed it at no charge. Great people to work with.

I've used Frank's for years. Occasionally I've chosen to have work done at other places because of budget concerns. But more often than not Frank's is cheaper than the competition. And when they're not they're usually very close. And most importantly they stand by their work. A couple of years ago I had to have them install a complete rack and pinion steering unit. They don't do front end alignment work so I had to take the car to another shop when Frank's was done. A couple days after the other shop finished their work the car started to pull badly to one side. I took it back to Frank's where they checked everything out. They found several things that weren't tightened during the alignment and took pictures of them. They even called the other shop and told them what they found. That kind of service isn't very common any more. They always stand behind their work. Shawn, the owner, is curteous and will explain exactly what work needs to be done. I'll continue to use Frank's when that's the kind of service I get.

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recomfacing our second alternator problem in 1 day and we were stranded just outside of Beaver, UT. Thankfully, Franks Auto is on my speed dial. Sean contacted and sent a mechanic from Beaver to help us. Turns out that mechanic put in the wrong size alternator ( it was the second one that day.) After getting to Frank's shop, we had the correct part installed an never a problem since. We have used Franks Auto for 12 years and will continue to do so. It's quality service, parts and going that extra mile that make all the difference! Thank You!mended because

Extremely expensive!!! They put new wipers on my car for $25 and I didn't even ask for it. The do get things done fairley fast do to the fact that their business is slow do to prices. I guess if time is more important than money this may be a good fit.

Franks auto has always stood behind its work. The owner is fair and resonable and has given me more advice for free over the phone than I think I've given in paid business! He is a lifesaver and for me, since I can do many tasks on my car, he will help me decide if there is something I should do myself (within my skill level) or whether I should consider having his staff work on the issue.
