        I contacted this company on Wendesday May 11, and I was able to get scheduled for the very nexy day. I talked with the owner RON, and he was very energetic, and made me feel as if he wanted my business. I told the owner all the things that I needed cleaned and ge quoted me the amount of time he suggested it would take and quoted me the price to do this cleaning job. The next day the cleaners arrived. When I got back to check things out before they left, there were things that I asked to be clean but was not, and it was clock out time for the cleaners. When I called RON to let him know that there were quite a few things not done, he had a totally different attitude than the day before. He didn't care that his crew was unable to finish. I requested maybe a percent of my money back for the unfinshed work, and he would not agree to that. He said to me "well it is what it is" if my girl stays any longer today then he would charge me, and he could send someone out the next day to finish what was undone, then he would still charge me. I felt very ripped off, and the owner did not show any empathy that he was even trying to understand or work out a soultion that could work for the both of us. So this weekend I will be finishing up with this business left behind, after they were pain in full. WHAT A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

        I just saw this review after 5 months unfortunately. I could still remember her though because this never happens. This client called in for a quote and stated that on a scale of 1-10 (1=Really Clean 10=Really Dirty), that her home was a 4 or 5 and that she needed a deep clean. We scheduled her for 10 hours. Unfortunately when as we were cleaning it became apparent that Iesha misled us when she called since clearly the home was a 10!! I informed her that she would need more time and we even stayed late and did an extra hour for free. She however was not understanding and did not want us to some back and actually wanted a full refund because we didn't finish it in the time that we said we would. I feel like we did everything possible to do this job the best that we could under the circumstances. This is a dishonest customer that was trying to get a free cleaning and nothing more. Luckily this has not happened again since most people are a delight to work with and are honest and great people that we have received ongoing service and referrals from. Shame on you Iesha.
