Kathryn has gone above and beyond for us. Her knowledge and professionalism are outstanding. KRElite has patiently worked with us to not only find the home we've been wanting but also sell our current home and due to their excellent work ethic and prompt execution they made it all happen. I'd recommend them to everyone I know. Buying and selling a house is stressful enough but they really made it a breeze.
Terry Foote is a crook that relies on his lease agreement to help win legal battles. DO NOT EVER rent a place that has Terry Foote listed as the owner. I have no further need to explain it. You will be robbed and be treated like garage if you ever decide to leave/move-out of your apartment. His maintenance staff is a border line joke. If you request a work order and try to have something repaired, they won't do anything about. But when you move out they will charge you for the repair.
Misleading, unorganized, and unprofessional are the three words I would use to describe Real Property Management Northern Utah. I submitted an application for a property and after completing it called to confirm everything was submitted properly and was told that we were the first complete application in and that they would process our application in 24 to 48 hours. They also said they would call to let us know how it was going. Received no call but called back the following day and they said everything was being processed as normal and that they would call me later. I received no call again so I called the next day and was then told that our application was actually not complete and we were not first to be processed. From start to finished I never once received a call back from them when they said they would call I always had to call them and they ultimately tried to just avoid me when I asked them the hard questions about why I was not told when I initially called to let them know the application was complete that something was missing. I would not recommend this company to anyone, landlord or tenant. My point of contact was: Gwen Gray email@example.com
Lance and his team gave me the professional respect and amazing service that makes all the difference. I would not have rented my house if not for the great job he and his team have done for me. Thanks and I look forward to many more years of working together.Sean Knighton
Froerer Property Management was the company we hired July 2014 to manage our South Ogden single family home. I can commend this company for getting the house rented within a week of hiring them; however, they put slobs in our house who would not take their trash out to the curb for weeks and allow it to overflow and blow all over the neighborhood. Froerer Property Management would also need to be reminded repeatedly to complete work orders such as fix the gutters, turn on the sprinklers, fix the gates, paint the trim. In February 2015, a hot dog trailer (to sell hot dogs at events) appeared in the driveway. We asked the property manager in March to have it removed because it is an eyesore. The property manager states per city ordinances, the tenant can park it there. Well, per my lease agreement anything I do not like and ask to be removed, must be removed. We've asked the property manager four times to get it removed or store it out of site. It is still there in my driveway today, 5/6/2015. In March 2015, our neighbors informed us that there are 2 men living at the house. There are only 2 women and 3 children on the lease. Two more men would put the occupancy over the limit, but also breaches the contract because these men are not on the lease. We asked the property manager to investigate. He came back with the men were there for lunch and that the neighbors are discriminating. We pressed the property manager to investigate further in the coming weeks because we were convinced those men live there. The property manager said he would follow up, but then we would never hear from him. We would then remind the property manager about our request and he would say he would look into it and get back with us. This has been going on since 3/14/2015. He continues to avoid giving us a status update as to the men, their vehicles, removing the hot dog cart, and the rusty unregistered boat that sits on the RV pad. I've also attempted to contact the owner of this business to impress upon his employee to tend to our property and he has not responded either. In January 2015, there was a break in at the property. Recently I have obtained the CSI report detailing the break in. The one man's name who I have been alleging lives there, is included in the report and he admits to the officer that he lives there. This particular man is now a convicted felon in Utah State Prison related to burglary and attempted murder charges stemming from an incident in July 2014.I've submitted some pictures to demonstrate Froerer's customer service. Trust me, you don't want them near your property.
Reviewing as a homeowner:Terrible!!Prime Property Management puts on a good presentation initially. Immediately after signing the contract, new fees and requirements came about. They are inattentive, condescending and argumentative in nearly every communication. They bend over backwards for the tenant, but treat the homeowner terribly. It is almost as if they forget that the homeowner, not the tenant, pays for their services. They say email/voicemail responses can take up to 5 business days. They stick to that, even so far as to respond to emails at 11:58 pm on the fifth day. Voicemails tend to go unanswered.I could go on and on. Avoid them!
Avoid this place, you will lose any deposit you give them and have to pay extra when you move out. If you scratch the counter, sink, tub, floor, or walls in any tiny way they will charge you to refinish the entire thing. I was charged $100 for a countertop with one small barely visible mark, and $95 for a tub with the same small mark not beyond normal wear and tear. I spoke with other previous residents and they were all charged the same things on move out. No matter how clean you are or how good your take care of the unit you will get charged extra money. The police were also regulars in the complex. The criminal element was more prevalent there than any other place I have lived. Stay away.
Do Not rent from here. Make sure and read the entire lease agreementbefore signing anything. Upon move out you will not get your deposit backno matter how clean the unit is and you will be charged unreasonable and absurdfees. Even if you left the Unit in perfect condition they will still find a problem and send you to collections for it. When a tentant moves out they movesomeone in right away without fixing any of the previous issues. The unitsare poorly updated so expect maintenance to be in and our of your apartmenton a monthy or even weekly basis. If you do rent from here expect the worst possiblerental experience and you will go broke after dealing with these shady crooks.
Rents are low and the places are nice. Manager lady is friendly and place looks great.
I wanted to let everyobdy know before they go to Froerer that you ll save a ton of time if you go there first. Seriously, I can t tell you how many places I looked at and how much time I wasted trying to find a place on my own. Then i tried a couple of companies that said they have awesome places. It s crazy what they thought was awesome. Anyway, one day I stumbled across a number for froerer, and when I called it was immediately a different experience. A nice lady answered the phone and then she put me in touch with someone that could actually help me... froerer really did have an awesome place for me! It s been great. Thanks you for your helping me find the perfect pad.
