This is quite possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever had, and I work in the medical billing field. I've tried 5 different times to update my insurance information only to be told it was being verified and could take up to 45 days. It's now been over 4 months and the insurance is still not changed and I'm being charged full fee with late fees. If you can avoid this company do so! Zero stars.

There is no rating for an inadequate company who hires telemarketers who don't understand English urgent critical follow thru.to this date we are reporting this INADEQUATE COMPANY use and abuse to Medicare. LET'S SEE IF THEY GIVE A DAMN!
We'll, they were good until they started sending out people who did not know how to put on a safety belt, sat down and just watched TV, and then I was told by one of the Home Aids that they had a learning disability, that their memory was defective. That made me feel comfortable… Anyway I was told I was too "CONTROLING". We'll if i have to pay that much, I would hope the company would realize that they are responsible to send people who can do the job, and if they can't the company is responsible and should take ownership that those issue. I will not be using them again, as the customer is ultimately responsible for the care and we are paying fort shoddy work. the so be it. I will be as controlling as need be!!!! This was not just one person but several. I won't be using them again.
