I don't like to write reviews unless I have a truly incredible experience worth sharing. I don't believe to many people really like dealing with car salesmen. But my experience with Nathan and Bradlee was fantastic. I want them and Young Subaru to know how much I appreciate them being so sensitive to my situation. Thank You for making me feel so important and welcomed. I love my new Subie!
I purchased my car here through river he was amazing and made sure all of my needs were went and even went above and beyond to make sure my 5 year old was content through the process as well. Carried his car seat for me for test drives and gave him snacks and a drink and a little toy car to have. To a mom that’s a big deal. I was so happy. Now I’m here for my free service and the employees are very friendly and professional. Howard has been so great with explanation and making sure I was comfortable while waiting. Great customer service from both of these two. I will always be coming back due to these two.
Love this place! Family owned and operated (which I always prefer) I bought my 2003 F350 from them and it's been awesome. No issues. I even had a trade in and they told me to sell it on KSL because I would make more money that way. Pretty honest if you ask me. I was super impressed.
Young Subaru goes above and beyond in sales, service and parts. I will always buy and service my vehicles at Young Subaru where they treat you like you are part of the family.
Bought a 2005 WRX 2 years ago and had an incredible experience as a first time buyer with Justin Evrankaya and Brandon Walker. I have continued to take my car to them for service and each time I'm more impressed with their excellent staff. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a vehicle or need some TLC with your current car.
I’ve bought 4 cars from these guys. Always a fair deal. I would recommend them for sure. Definitely worth the drive from Salt Lake!
I purchased a truck online from out of state had my own funding Pete Wilder the business manager at the time or whatever his calling is ran my credit so many times 12 to 15 different banks which lowered my credit score drastically I was unable to get the business loan that I needed very unprofessional
TIME WE WERE DONE WITH THIS PLACE WE COULDVE BOUGHT A USED VEHICLE!! If I could register this review with 0 stars that's what thus business would receive from me!!! In my opinion/experience with this place they're swindlers and liars, then when I look up their record I'm right. Make sure when or if you deal with these people you know what you're getting into they overcharge and swindle their way to more dollars in their pocket . And even when you do pay their ridiculous charges if they don't like your review they'll find another scratch to charge more money. Time we were done with these YAHOO'S we could of bought a used razor!!!!
I have bought two cars from Matt Campbell. The first car I bought in spring of 2016. The check engine light was on. He told me it was just an O2 sensor that was only about $50. I bougjt it hoping he was telling the truth as I was buying it cash so I didn't have a car payment. I took it in to two seperate macanics to see if the were telling me the dame thing. Turns out I needed a whole new catalytic converter which was about $1,200. I got a title loan on it as I couldn't sell it to get as much as I could back on it. The second car i bought from him (giving him a second chance to make things right because im too fogiving) was even worse. I again bought in the spring 2017 cash with my taxes. We did the contract and he let me take the car while waiting for the money to come in. The second day I had it i was going tp work and was stopped by a traffic light. It started doing ccrazy things like bouncing up and down acting like a fuel issue like it was choking or something. I was so embarrassed. I put it in neutral and it stopped bouncing. I told him about it and he said"oh its doing that again? I thought I fixed that problem. Its your prolem now." Then about 50 or so miles later, the check engine light came on. I was pissed off because it was a classic sighn that all he did was took it to auto zone and had the check enegine light cleared. If the car is indeed fixed, the computer will reset and the light stays off. If it isn't fixed, the light will come back on 50 or so miles later, which in my case thats what happened. Also the car will not truely pass emitions inspection. I have a great suspicion who he goes to because I was going through another dealer and had to take my car there and ended up with a confrontation with them calling bs on their work. But thats another whole different story. The moral of my story is DON'T BUY FROM MT OGDEN MOTORS. THEY ONLY SELL GARBAGE VEHICLES!!!
Bought a 2006 Chrysler Sebring from here. It has been a great car, we drive it everyday from Brigham to Ogden. The sales guys were very nice and helped me get into it quickly.
