wish there was a lower rating than just 'disappointing' - like maybe 'disgusting'?? minute u walk into the establishment - you get hit with DIRTY and GARBAGE smellsI just turned around and walked out!
The manager screwed up our order anf refused to fix it. So the assistant manager did it by himself while she stood in the back joking with her employees. Its amazing they can get any thing done since they all just stand around and do nothing. It gone to the dogs since the remodel and if it had abetter management it probably wouldnt be so bad.
BJ’s had the best burgers in town for over 15 years, so I was shocked to see two low ratings. Unfortunately, I had to concur when we received our food. Our toasted buns were burnt, our ordinarily juicy meat was dry from overcooking. The hamburger was crunchy - not an exaggeration. The patty was approximately the size of a McDonald's hamburger patty, but the bun size had not changed. The result was 2 inches of bread before reaching any meat. While the hamburger was overcooked, the fries were undercooked with no salt. BJ's replaced their delicious, fountain drinks with canned beverages. I would think this was a fluke, except for the two low reviews. I doubt we will be returning. So disappointed!
One they had no ground meat for their tacos two I ordered some chicken and they didn't even give it to me I get home no chicken drinks had no ice lemonade tasted old and nasty trust me I will never go there again it's just a waste of your time and money......
Manager openly yells at the employees. One imperticily, you knew was new at the job. I am there often. Mr. I'm in charge, I heard will my ears, started yelling at this young man, loud, using swear words, about how slow he was. When he brought my food, I asked him how long he had worked there. It was his 4th day, of his first job. I won't be back, I can't support this kind of treatment and total disregard about proper training and treatment of the human race. He would not like being treated in this manner!
Just left, no service at all!! Girl hanging on the jeep, other guy just said he'll be back to take my order, but never did, I could see them just talking! I won't ever go they!!
First i would like to say that im not a person who normally writes reviews, but what happened today warranted a review...so off we went to sonic for a sunday treat. My products were basically cold soup, and i had them make my master blast twice, the second was worse than the first.I asked for a refund, which i got, but i asked the manager Bayla, "why would you sell a sub par product"? She replied while walking away from me "our ice cream machine isnt working right" i had to stop her and dig a little further, i asked another question "why wouldnt you just hold off on ice cream for 15 min until your machine is working than sell this quality of product?" She informed me that her manager would "Fire" everyone there if they stopped selling ice cream. So finally i asked "you would rather give refunds, and have unhappy customers instead of waiting 15 min until your machine is working right". Her reply was "Yes". I am sorry that she represents Sonic, your company is better than this.
Worst sonic I have ever been too! EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO THE FOOD IS COLD AND OLD! No exaggeration! Horrible!
I took a trip to this subway for lunch. I don't come here often and now I remember why. The customer service was less than stellar. I was in line behind someone and they were listing everything they wanted. Right before she folded the sandwich in half, he said "oh yeah! And salt and pepper!" Not a hard task. She rolled her eyes and put it on his sandwich. She acted like she was too good for working at subway. Also, whenever she asked what I wanted on my food, I told her lettuce, cucumbers, and ranch. She got the stuff on the sandwich and while she was carrying the cucumber onto the sandwich, she dropped one on the counter. It's no big deal. But then she put the cucumber she dropped onto my sandwich. Now, I've worked in the food industry for over 4 years and when that situation has happened, we would throw that single cucumber away to avoid contamination. But she put it on my sandwich RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. Then, when she cut the sandwich, she grabbed a knife that was obviously not clean. It still had some dried up crusty stuff on the knife, and she just scrapped it off on the rim of the trashcan and cut my sandwich. This was one of the most unsanitary trips to subway I have ever made. I don't want anything out of this whole ordeal, but Jesus Christ, train the employees to be sanitary if anything at all! I've already complained to this store once and to have this be the second time after not coming here for weeks, it tells me that this is not just a one time thing, but it happens every day. I would much rather have someone not know a damn thing about their job, and be clean about it, than to have someone who knows their job well, but is unsanitary about it.
CRAPPY they can't ever get an order right. Food is almost always cold . This is the worst Sonic I've ever ate at
