Southwest 66 Credit Union

Best bank in the area! Warm and friendly people that care about you. I love taking my kids here as they always have popcorn or suckers at hand for them and a really cool kids area to play in while doing my business.

Been banking with Southwest 66 for the past 16 years and the service has gone down drastically recently.I tried to get a mortgage loan recently provided all the necessary paperwork to the branch manager Marco Acosta and he never did anything with my loan. I tried calling and sending emails and never got a response and when I did finally get to talk to him he lied to my face telling me the company they use was already closed so he couldn't submit my paperwork. I ended up going directly through the same mortgage company and they were super helpful. I will be switching banks very soon

this is the worst credit union I have ever dealt with. you cannot get a call back, you cannot get someone on the phone. i would not recommend banking here!!!
