Sonic Drive-In

First i would like to say that im not a person who normally writes reviews, but what happened today warranted a review...so off we went to sonic for a sunday treat. My products were basically cold soup, and i had them make my master blast twice, the second was worse than the first.



I asked for a refund, which i got, but i asked the manager Bayla, "why would you sell a sub par product"? She replied while walking away from me "our ice cream machine isnt working right" i had to stop her and dig a little further, i asked another question "why wouldnt you just hold off on ice cream for 15 min until your machine is working than sell this quality of product?" She informed me that her manager would "Fire" everyone there if they stopped selling ice cream.



So finally i asked "you would rather give refunds, and have unhappy customers instead of waiting 15 min until your machine is working right". Her reply was "Yes".



I am sorry that she represents Sonic, your company is better than this.

Server shorted me $10 when I called her on it she called me a thief.

worst food I have ever had.. nasty... burger was nasty...
