Party Palace Event Center

The party place itself is a nice party room. Everything is nice and updated. The problem with this business is the woman (owner) in charge of it. Hopefully you will not encounter any problems at the party because if you do that's when you realize shes not very nice and has a strong personality. She doesn't care to make things right and is just worried about collecting her money. This was my second time using this party place but after I had to deal with this woman never again will I rent or recommend to anyone.

This place was a nightmare!! The owner of this place is only worried about putting money in her pocket!! I got an extra hour before party and I had to pay extra for that well when I get there people were still there from their party. I had to wait a while and the owner didn't even give me a discount or added extra time knowing this took of some of my time that I paid for! And then the A/C was not working. Everybody was sweating and kept complaining how hot it was in there. This may not be a problem to others but I didn't like that we had to pay for extra tables and chairs! Will never rent this place again and I do not recommend it this place at all!!

Great place to take the family!! Had fun for everyone and XBOX! Had everything I needed to make my daughters party be one she would never forget. Decorations were custom made and the cake was delicious and a piece of art! I love that I can reserve way ahead and get everything done at one place. Very affordable and private. Thank you Party Zone!!
