Midessa Transportation

I'd like to start by saying that I'm really surprised by some of these bad reviews. I often visit my parents a lot in Odessa and usually take the bus from El paso so when I get there I have no car and that's when I tried midesa transportation . Despite the bad reviews I gaved it a try and was absolutely shocked. The car was really clean, modern, driver was a nice guy and all of this for a great price. I would totally recommend this to anyone in Odessa looking for transportation.

I highly recommend Midessa Transportation. I had just recently gotten my iPhone 6 and forgot it in the cab. I later received a call from them letting me know they had my phone and I could go pick it up. Im glad they were really nice and helpful. Overall, Great service! Will definately keep using them whenever I visit !

They are the most unprofessional taxi service company in Odessa. I truly hope they get rid of their dispatcher.

There is this VERY VERY RUDE guy (so called dispatcher) working tonight (12/01/14). Called for a taxi and got disconnected; called back , gave him my address only to be told I do not no my own home address. As if that was not enough, he asked me whether I knew my phone number. This is the second time this guy has done this. First time was some time in Sep. of this year. I feel this is a racial attack. This happened at about 6pm. There will not be a third time. I'm talking to you hiding behind the phone and talking rudely to customers like me. the next time you do this think of standing with me before a judge.

Called for a cab, they said 30 min. An hour later i called back, they said 15 min. 30 min later i called back they said 15 more min. It took 3 hrs before they arrived. Hate this company.
