Provided by Citysearch -If you're looking for the BEST AUTHENTIC Mexican food around, stop by Jalisco's on Grandview and University in Odessa. They will NOT disappoint. Their food is fresh, home cooked, and satisfying. Their margaritas, micheladas, and service are the best around Odessa. Stop by to see for yourself.

Provided by Citysearch -Voted best salsa in Odessa. This restaurant specializes in gourmet dishes from the state of Jalisco. You can not find these dishes in any other location. They also have the best Tres Leche cake. The owner also caters on location for the oil field workers which I find to be a great thing to do because sometimes the workers have to work through the night.
