Kind of hard to do business with them when they don't answer the phone and never return your messages, very unprofessional, hopefully I'll have better luck in at the dealer in Midland, I would not buy or refer anyone to this joke of a place they call a dealership

This review is based solely on my experiences dealing with the All American Collision Center. This review is not to be applied to the sales department which is actually top notch. in the last weekA word of warning to anyone who is needing automotive collision repair done in the Odessa Texas area: DO NOT use All American Collision Repair! The office personnel are very nice and polite when coming up with inventive excuses for the reasons for delaying the return of your vehicle. I made an appointment to bring my vehicle in for repair through my insurance company in July of this year. My appointment was scheduled for August 16th. I was given an initial estimated time frame of completion of 1 to 2 weeks. It is now October 12th and I have yet to receive my vehicle. My insurance company allowed a gracious 30 days for a rental vehicle. Since the 30 days expired, my family has had to make due with one vehicle which has proved to be stressful at best. I have since been given 3 new dates of completion which have all gone by. Throughout all of this, I have been given various excuses for why my vehicle remains in their shop. These reasons include the painters dent repair sublet allowing my vehicle to sit, untouched, for 2 weeks, waiting on parts, am attempt to blame my insurance company for taking too long to adjust the claim (which I verified was not true) and other excuses such as "the only guy that we have to install the rear window was called out on an emergency job". I have reached the limits of my patience. It has taken almost 2 months to complete an estimated 1-2 week repair. All with very little correspondence and no apologies from All American Collision and Repair. I understand that things happen and that there will be set backs. This has become beyond ridiculous. There are far too many locally owned and operated businesses that have great reputations and provide outstanding service. Please don't make the same mistake that I have made.
Would not waste your time this place is Horrible. They do not know what they are doing in service. Took my 2015 Silverado LTZ Z-71 in for a electrical problem and I was told it was batteries when in fact it was not the batteries. They wanted $850.00 to replace them and it would fix my problems.
I negotiated a price with the sales manager speaking in "total price, out the door" figures including down payment, trade in, etc.When I arrived, they tried to trick me into signing a contract for the figure I had negotiated PLUS my down payment. A $6K difference in price!EXTREMELY DECEITFUL!
All american dodge in Odessa has one of the greatest detailers to get the job done and have your car looking incredible and does a really great job Ty beck a.k.a ca$h is the best detailer they can have working for them I would recommend anybody that gets they car detail to go to him he's a great guy n gets the job done how u want it...n u won't be dissapointed at all trust me

As a 50 y/o grandma I was shocked to be told a few days before Christmas I would have to have my 2004 GMC truck towed from Midland and let them keep it until after Christmas to be re-keyed and reprogram the vehicle after I lost my keys. I called another service department and was told any locksmith could help me. An hour and $ 100 later I was behind the wheel with a new set of keys . NO THANKS TO FREEDOM GMC.
