Requested roadside assistance at 10:15 am and was given a pick up time for 12:15 pm. My truck was not picked up until 8 pm even though truck was not in a safe location with over $1000 worth of equiptment inside. Once it was picked up, they dropped it off at the wrong location and even destroyed a gate that I had to pay for. Blue star towing of Odessa TX is a horrible tow service.
Was broke down called the company. Dispatcher was very polite. Sent a truck to me in a quick amount of time. Driver was polite and very professional.
Great Towing Service. Heavy wrecker. Winching, Roadside Service. Lock outs.. Fuel Delirvery. Accidents.. Emergency Tow's.
I have used these guys several times and they have done a great job every time. Tonight I called my insurance company roadside assistance and they sent another company. After a 2 hour wait, the guy showed up mad, then told us he wasnt going to help us. I called Roadside Assistance again and insisted on Crash Masters. They promptly showed up, loaded my truck and took it to my house. It was 10 O'clock at night but the guy said that wasnt a problem. He made sure everything was ok before he left. Crash Masters will always get my business.
Excellent service and they always quote "before they go out and do the job. Just call them ! They been in business since 1983 they also have road service for a big heavy trucks and 40 years experience in the stores and automotive repair
OVERCHARGED ME. BTA towed my 6,800# 3/4 ton dodge pickup truck, which had engine failure on the roadside, only 18 miles from I-20 exit 154 west to the Quality Inn in Midland. He, Bob Meadows, charged me $532.30 for this tow. I was not told in advance how much the tow cost would be. After the tow was done, I either had to pay the exorbitant demand or I faced the choice of not paying and having the truck impounded and fighting the ridiculous charge in court while living 500 miles away. Later, 3 other tow companies quoted comparable prices of $175, $186, and $300. When I told Bob I didn't think the charge was fair, he said he remembered it and that he'd "look into it". The following week, he said the charge "would stand", that my truck was a "medium duty truck" (I think to partially justify the apparent extreme overcharge), which is classified as over 10,000 pounds. Mine is 6,800#. When told that mine was not medium duty but was, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, "light duty" truck, Bob still INSISTED it was medium duty. BOTTOM LINE, I WOULD NEVER USE THIS PLACE FOR ANY SERVICE.
