Barkmobile Mobile Dog Grooming

I've used Cindy and Greg for years for George and Benji (Schnauzers). I concur with Cindy H - my dogs always look great and SMELL great - I would highly recommend. Moreover, I find they try to work around your schedule as much as possible. Carol Boh

I have used the Barkmobile for many years. My dog (a Maltese) is now 14. She loves Cindy and Greg and always looks and smells great.

I used barkmobile for the first time last week, I was very impressed with the servtce I got. The gentleman that came was ontime very gentle to my old little yorkie. He made her look and smell great I will continue to use them in the future.

I have used barkmobile a few times over the years. Normally its Cindy that comes out. One time she came with a guy(assumed husband), and was helping out. He clipped the quick on one of my dogs nails, and she was bleeding all over my floor. He also reset my circut breaker, which is really hard to reset, then went into my laundry room to find an outlet because the other one wasn't working, he did all that without asking my permission.

I didn't use them for along time after that, I used them again recently a few months back, Cindy came out alone that time. I called yesterday to schedule an appointment, she says that "Greg" would be by, I asked why she couldn't come and she said she was going out to another dog, I said eh ok... She has always been there to groom my dog, and I didn't want this guy doing it solo after the work I had seen him do on my dogs nail, and messing up my circut breaker.

So I called back an hour or two later, I assume Greg answered the phone, I asked to reschedule to get Cindy to come out. He replied "its ok", I was like ok great whens a good time then, he said na ITS OK YOU WILL HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER GROOMER... WOW. Never seen someone turn down business like that, just because I didn't want his bad grooming experience. Fine with me, plently of great groomers out there.

When I spoke on the phone with Cindy prior, and asked if he was good, she said he was the business owner, and has been doing it for 25 years. More like they're both the business owners, and he probably handled the paper work for along time. I assumed that when he was with her that prior time, she was training him on how to groom.

I recommend you try another groomer, since they obviously don't need the business, and Greg does a botch job. I also think my dogs got a bad flea infestation one time while being groomed in thier van, as they never have fleas, except that one time. Doubt they clean their van as regularly as they should.
