Very disappointed in what started off as an amazing experience! First off let me state...The coaches here are amazing, the management staff on the other hand, a JOKE! Charged my account to a friends cc in error for 2 months...I brought it to their attention as I noticed something wasn't right in my account. The young girl who signed us up was sweet as could be and very apologetic for her error and contacted a manager. They then gave my friend the run around about a refund telling her their system won't allow it and then told me to just pay her back! What if I hadn't known her!?! No apology for overdrafting her account, no call from owner as requested (Twice) over the course of a month and a half! Then to top it all off, I offered to pay money monthly or per pay period as I didn't have the $432 and was greeted with, "Well you owe it so when you pay it we'll take your account off suspension. In the meantime your club privileges are suspended!" All I can say is, WOW! They make a mistake, I bring it to their attention when I discover it, I try to right their wrong with payments as I didn't have that money just sitting around and I'm told basically to F*ck off by the very patronizing Pam Dameron AKA Grandma Moses...she literally couldn't comprehend what was going on from the moment we spoke to her and it wasn't until she saw that they made the error that she was like, "Oh well we will refund the money to her account as thats the right thing to do!" SERIOUSLY!!! After a month and a half now you want to admit that and fix it??! Then as I'm trying to explain to her what I'd like to do to fix my part, it's like staring into the great unknown as she was fixated like a robot stuck on repeat, "But the funds were due for 2 months!" Yes, I know this and that was due to your errors. "But the funds are due still for 2 months!" Then talks to me like I'm her grandchild, "Lets stay calm!" Queue me asking for the owner to call me! Ridiculous!!!
