        The company agreed to make a military ribbon for my graduating class. The end product did not meet any of the specifications and the company tried to argue that since they had never made this style before it wasn't their fault that they didn't know how. In addition the customer service was the most rude I have dealt with at any store and they kept telling me they couldn't find my receipt when I asked for a refund.

        The staff at the Allogram Odenton Location are absolutely wonderful. They go out of their way to assist with all of our orders especially when we are in a time crunch. They are the most friendly and hardworking staff and we truly appreciate their customer service (guaranteed with a smile)!

        I have been coming here repeatedly for over a year for name tags for our condo's mailboxes. Fast, friendly and provide excellent product. When I mentioned that one order had a slightly different font, they immediately reissued the order correctly and at no charge. Can't ask for anything more
