HQ Paul Mitchell Focus Salon

I drive from Madison to Oconomowoc when I need anything done with my hair, because I wanted a stylist who is ready to go as far for my hair as I am! That's Noelle!



From cuts, to colors (full, highlights or both) to my latest venture away from my norm--a perm!--Noelle does it all. She takes the time to personalize every visit, and I never feel like I'm being rushed in or rushed out. She makes sure she knows exactly what I want before she starts and she is always ready to answer any questions or recommend products that will keep my hair at it's best.



If you're looking for a stylist who loves your hair as much as you do, you won't go wrong with Noelle at HQ!

I purchase 3 different product at this Salon on two separate occasions less than a month of this incidence. Two of the products did not work as they were intended to. I tried to exchange for credit, the employee of the salon told me no, not without a receipt. I told them I could produce proof of purchase through my bank statement. That was not sufficient . It clearly state that the products are guaranteed if purchase at a salon, which they were, and I was turned away.



I called the 1 800 number and the employee was surprised because, as she stated "Paul Michell has a no hassle guarantee policy for ANY reason" and told me that the salon get reimbursed for any problems with the products. She offered to send me new products at no expense to me to make up for the terrible service I received.



I could have bought my products from Walgreen's but I chose to buy them at the salon because I expected I would have no problems and a guarantee. I was Very wrong.

Further more I suspect Walgreen's would have returned my products with no problem.



I do not recommend buying any products from this salon nor would I trust them with my hair.



However with that being said the Paul Mitchell Customer Service hot line was STUPENDOUS.
