Problems. Gave up here due to bad care but tried going back for just cleaning. "The doctor prefers to do cleanings himself..." OK, made appointment, but it was not the doctor but another person that did the cleaning. When they called to schedule next appointment, I asked who was doing cleanings, office staff, oh no, that was "a dental hygienist". Confusing, I guess the other story was just made up to cover up for not having someone. I said it was ok to remove me from the call list, I was not that impressed and found another location, check this out, the response was, "If you want cheaper service, you can just go to an Arab or a Mexican." Serious. I made no mention of cost. I politely said I preferred to go elsewhere. So they have problems both with clarity and with racism.
