Motel 9

Disappointing? I have never been treated so horribly by an establishment in my LIFE. I was accidentally locked out of my room after I ran to the store on my BIRTHDAY, my boyfriend was asleep in the bedroom & could not hear me knocking, not only was she rude, &insulting to my suprise, they refused to give me another room key, I even offered to pay for it. I had my i.d. & the credit card that i paid $150 for the room earlier! After being forced to sit out in the rainy cold, no access to my car keys, or a jacket, I waited 1 hour for non emergency police, they forced her to let me in. I am going to do whatever I can to get both of these people fired. Since they refused to give me their name, the two employees were an elderly Asian man, & a middle aged Asian woman. I loved this place 4 years ago my boyfriend & I spent our 1 year anniversary there, sad it's now run by these two. Mark, the 1st one who helped us in the a.m. was nice, I wish he was there later that day. My birthday was ruined.
