They've done good work in the past but recently not so good. Last time there they broke the tabs on my airbox cover so now it doesn't seal well. And they try to upsell me stuff I don't need every time I'm there. For example, brought the wife's Pathfinder in there. They said I need a new battery, about $200, because they found some corrosion on the terminals. So it's bad and needs to be replaced. I said I had it replaced a year ago. They said with who? I said with you! Check your invoices. So they look in the computer and see they put one in a year ago. So I said you want to charge me for another new battery just because you didn't grease the terminals good enough when you installed it? I asked if it's bad what's the results of the load test? I got a blank stare and a shoulder shrug. They didn't even check it. And they didn't do anything to fix or replace my broken airbox either. Bunch of remorseless thieves. How do dealers stay in business and get away with stealing from their customers? I won't be coming back there.

Finally after 20yrs and 230000 miles it was time to find a newer ride. Mossy Oceanside has a great selection of used cars and not just Nissans. I worked with Robert S. the "guy with the red socks". He was great and very patient especially with my need to test drive 5 different cars. It took a coffee break and another test drive before my indecision finally led to a 2013 Rogue. Robert was great during the sales process and explained everything with care. I would recommend Mossy Nissan and especially "the guy in the red socks" if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I have bought 2 cars at this dealership in the past and have always had a good experience from beginning to end. I bring my car in for all the regular maintenance it needs and the service advisors are all great. I have yet to have a bad experience in four years here!

I have one of those Nissan commercial van, I was there last time for service, my service adviser was Carlos Lona , which i was so happy with his customer service, my car was ready as exact time he promised. Carlos is the best service adviser

Never disappointed when I come to service my vehicle here. Customer service is always on point. Every staff member who's assited me has been friendly and helpful. Perks while waiting: Keurig coffee, complimentary ipads and dun dun dun a flat screen tv of course.

Looking to buy a Nissan this should be your 1st stop and shop. Biggest inventory and a wonderful staff of friendly people. Nick Dubiel hooked up the who deal felt like I stole my Rouge love the car. Ask for nick when you shop a Nisan save the time find the right car or suv with Mossy Nissan.

Great, hassle-free experience. We purchased a Nissan Juke from Justin LaFontaine in the Internet Dept. He was upfront regarding the vehicle and his pricing, very reputable and trustworthy. We traveled down from LA and he picked us up at the train station and were on the road in our new car in less than an hour. Everything I expect from an honest Nissan dealer as a 5x Nissan owner. give Justin and this dealer an opportunity, you will be happy you did.

I bought another Nissan because of this service center. I always get taken good care of. My only knock would be that they keep promoting my service guy. I like to see same person, it makes you feel more comfortable when they give you bad news. You trust them more when you have been seeing them for years. But I still get great service by all. I have never felt that I was being talked into something I didn't need or cheated.

Ok we have now bought 4 cars from this spot. And we get them all serviced here to. If your shopping for a new car ask for Sam.

He has sold us three of the four. I like that he recognizes us and even remembers our name. Which I think is amazing. It's hard to remember someone's name that only comes back 1 a year!!

I will be back in the future and sending my friends.

Overall a pretty good experience with the staff at mossy nissan. I leased a Juke 2014. Came in to test drive and I was made an offer I was very comfortable with, I came back and took it later that night. Sam was my salesperson. He was attentive and nice. I am very happy with my new car.
