Lies, Lies and more Lies!
Waiting for a resolution with the home warranty and A-Plus over 3 months on a broken oven which needed Home Warranty Authorization to be replaced. Called so many times for the authorization it became a joke. You have a 50/50 chance of your phone call being answered, when they do, they always are very busy but try to sound professional and tell you, "Not a problem, they are working on it and will call you right back" ....which in 3 months and over 28 phone calls, we have had enough! Not an A-Plus...IT'S AN F for FRAUD, FAILURE, FAKE, FLAKE,...I CAN GO ON AND ON!
I cannot believe this place is in business. They tell you a timeframe that the technician will be there and then he is always WAY late... and never calls to tell you that. My washing machine took over three weeks to fix and the dishwasher is still not fixed. It has been over a month. He was not able to pull the dishwasher out all the way to fix it, told me I had to have someone else do that because it required cutting into my cabinets!! I hired a handyman that came and pulled the dishwasher out, NO PROBLEM!! I had to pay an extra $85 for that and waste a whole extra week!! The people at the office are rude and can care less about you. I am so sorry if you are reading this because, like me, you have to deal with them because of your home warranty.
Horrible customer service!!!! I would give a zero if I could.
To start they have horrible customer service from the very first phone call to schedule an appointment. She told me that I had probably a venting system problem without even inspecting my dryer. Then after letting her know I still wanted my dryer inspected and I would check the vent she reluctantly scheduled an appointment for me.... hello that is what I am paying for. The service man came out on Wednesday and did no inspection of my dryer or diagnostic test and checked the wrong vent on the outside of my house and quickly noted that it was a vent clog problem. They could not fix that and we still had to pay for the service call.
Well we contacted another service company to unclog our vent duct system for $175.00 and to no surprise my dryer is still having the same problem. I called them to notify them of the same problem that they failed to correct the first time and she was constantly rude and would schedule me for a re-check the following Tuesday. The owner was not the least bit apologetic and was further delaying the fixing of my dryer for another week after their lack of knowledge in what they are doing.
Thankfully my home warranty company is going to send a different service company at our request. I hope that nobody else has to go through this horrible service company and decides to use a company that actually knows what they are doing.
