I use this company for my mom's home. She is an elderly woman and Koehler came in and talked us out of the more expensive way to fix our water heater ( which was replace it). The other company just wanted to sell her something scaring her. They came to the house made us feel comfortable and saved us a lot of money?,

John Jetter was extremelly knowledgeable, professional and courteous. His staff was awesome and is second to none! From the secretary/office manager to the field techs we were treated with FIRST CLASS! They did my entire gas conversion. They installed my gas stove, water heater, boiler, piping and hooked up my sink, fridge, and dishwasher. My home is really old so to do this conversion that had to work around old pipes and they installed new pipes where necessary. Let's not forget they also changed the water line for my outside sprinkler system. THE PRICING WAS VERY REASONABLE! We had PROMPT service and QUALITY WORK. I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND USING THEM FOR ALL OF YOUR HEATING, AIR CONDITIONING, AND PLUMBING NEEDS!!!

My old hot water heater broke and flooded my basement causing a big mess. I needed help and fast. Koehler was willing to help on short notice. John Jetter was courteous, knowledgeable, speedy, and efficient. He answered all of my questions, they cleaned up after themselves, and pricing was very reasonable. Couldn't find anything wrong with them if i tried. There will be no question as to who will get my business if i need plumbing heating or cooling assistance in the future.

Do not use this company. Work was very sloppy and unprofessional and took an unreasonably long time to complete. Technician was guessing at reasons why new system install would not work. Waited over 1 week in summer heat for them to get system running. Many items were overlooked in the install. I would never use them again. Just awful.

So we called up plumbers because we were having a leak in the bathroom upstairs that leaked onto our dining room floor downstairs. We thought the drain was leaking, but after having a friend cut out a part of our kitchen ceiling, it was bone dry so clearly that wasn't the problem. I asked around at work what the problem could be and was advised it could have been the diverter because they sometimes go bad. John showed up on time as scheduled for the appointment and took a look at the bathroom, I even suggested to him about the leak we'd been having and we checked the drain with no luck. I told him maybe the diverter was bad. He took a look at it and quickly found that the water was actually travelling down the side of the tub and under the base molding causing the leak downstairs. He told us it wasn't a plumbing problem. Any other plumber could have easily went with my suggestion about the diverter and changed it just to get the job, but John was a real honest stand up guy. He'd rather have us as a customer than just a job. We plan on replacing the entire bathroom and we won't use any other plumber than John. I was very impressed with the level of service, reliability and honesty from a contractor! Real class act this guy, I highly recommend him!
Unbelievable service! My heating system started making noices and my heat shut down off at 9PM in the evening. The next morning I started to call plumbers at 7am, I received quotes from $1000 to $5000 to replace my entire unit. Other plumbers who wanted at least $100 just to come out and talk to me. I got fed up and called Koehler at 2:35PM I spoke to Bill explained what had happened - he told me he would be at my home within the hour. When Bill arrived he diagnosed the problem, went out to his van to check for the part, returned with the part gave me a flat rate under $200. In less than an hour and half my heat back on!
I cannot recommend this company enough - sounds unbelievable but it is true. I would never ever call another company to my home again except Koehler!

Big snowfall December, 2010 – we measured 38 inches around our house, and don’t figure out till midnite of the snowfall that we have no heat. I am a single mom, so I stayed awake all nite monitoring the burners I lit on the stove, dragging myself thru the snow to get some firewood, and calling heating companies. Bill Koehler was my first responder, and was the only one I needed. In spite of being snowed in, he solved the problem. He spent all the time I needed on the phone with me, walking me thru every possible easy solution (needs to be easy – I am NOT mechanically minded!), till he solved the problem. I am very, very grateful, and happy to be writing this report. Thanks, bill, you are now my new heating guy!:> lori, west long branch

My air conditioner broke on the 4th of July (100 degree weather and we had guests)! I knew it needed to be replaced but when another company told me I needed a new furnace as well I called Koehler Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning for a second opinion. I am so happy that I did! He replaced my air conditioner (no furnace needed), was so pleasant to deal with, and made the experience as painless as possible. I will definitely use him again and plan to call him with any plumbing problems as well.
