I needed a dependable and reliable vehicle to transport two disabled children as well as my mother to and from doctor's appointments in and out of state. The sales manager was well aware of this from the moment I walked through the door, but they sold me a complete death trap. I began experiencing problems with the front end alignment of the vehicle on my way home from the dealership and the front bumper fell nearly completely off. I returned the car three times where I was assured that the problems had been addressed only to have the car begin to give me the same issues less than a week after having it services there. I was told that someone would be calling me with instructions on where to take my car to have new rims put on the tires but not only never recieved that call, but any and all phone calls and messages that I have sent have been ignored. Also, it turns out that the vehicle I leased was under recall for engine failure and sure enough, the engine locked up with barely 107,000 miles and was at the Hyundai dealership being repaired for two months. Meanwhile, the vehicle is sitting in my driveway needing a new front end suspension system, tire rods, sway bar, tires that I have already replaced four times since I've had the vehicle, and rims that I was promised would be replaced, and I am stuck making monthly payments on a vehicle that is not highway safe or driveable. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They will gladly take your money and sell you a death trap and have no conscious whatsoever about selling two disabled children a vehicle that is under recall, obviously previously wrecked, and is not fit to drive off of their lot in the first place. The car has been in the repair shop or in my driveway more times than it has been on the road since I leased it from them, and I cannot afford the repairs along with the monthly note. This place should be shut down before some unexpecting person drives off in a vehicle that hurts or kills them!

Great group of guys. I'm a little challenged when it comes to motors. I brought my lawn mower in for repair and these guys had it up in running in n…
Well of course my comment was deleted , I'm just trying to save someone their money and time about going here. Mr . Mark who is the manager there helped in every way he could , but unfortunately the other staff gave us the run around . The car that was "sold" to us was complete crap and would never start. After being stuck on side of the road , pushing the car off the highway, we took the car back via tow truck . The manager offered us a raggedy old beat down maxima or our money back and of course we got our money back and left. I recommend scko auto in mobile. With only a 700.00 down-payment , I drove off in a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. Go to scko auto sales.
Well thier lovely manager Jeremy got my car repoed... promised to pay the note out of "store funds" without me asking told me it was a done deal "don't worry about it" YEP BAD BUSINESS
Jeremy helped me, Wendy and Jeremy helped me drive away with 2013 Ford Fusion. My ex husband Took my car my child and I had no way to go. But thanks to wendy i was able to get back on track.
This dealership is the last place you want to purchase a vehicle. Almost two years ago we purchased a minivan. (Mazda MPV). full warranty, which we paid 2000 dollars. We were told that we could bring it back after making payments for over a year and a half and they could put us in something newer. We went back and were told we were upside down in the Payments... The exact thing you see on the Suncoast Auto Sales TV ad. The owner says you should shop at his place so you don't get put in a bind like that... WELL.. they put us in the bind (upside down) owing twice what the vehicle is worth, plus admitted they literally screwed us over and said they could not help us NOW. We asked if they could at least check the engine problem that we were having and come to find out the mechanic did not have the machine he needed B/C he left it at home. They place reviews on their Facebook site written by people that work there. They were honest enough to tell us yes when we asked, "So you are telling us we are screwed?" "Even though it was your dealership that screwed us, there is nothing you are going to do about it?" "that's right!" they said. I will crawl to where i need to go before i purchase another vehicle from Suncoast Auto Sales Ocean Springs and Gulfport MS locations. The really sad part is the owner claims to be a christian and even talks about it on his TV ads. Actions speak louder than words!!!
Between my parents, brother and myself we have purchased 7 cars from Suncoast over the years. Most recently I bought a Nissan Rogue - an unexpected purchase after my beloved Audi was deemed totaled.Wendy (and Jerame) helped me find what I was looking for with the parameters given - they came up with multiple options and we went from there. I went in with an open mind with a few requirements (like AWD) but if you are looking for a specific car, I'm sure you could request it since they buy at auctions weekly. There was no sales pitch or pressure, their cars sell themselves. Before the car makes it to the sales lot, it goes through their service department. You will be getting a like brand new car. After the purchase, they followed up with me multiple times to make sure everything was perfect. Which included replacing the floor mats, paying for a second key fob. I am so happy with my new Rouge and my whole experience at Suncoast ! Thank you!!
We bought a vehicle from Sun Coast in Feb. 2013. Jim Guidry told us that there was only one vehicle he could get us in even though there were newer and less expensive cars on the lot. He did tell us that if we paid on it for a year we could bring it back and trade it for almost anything on the lot. So we did. Only when we get there surprise surprise, Jim Guidry was no longer there. They brought out paperwork showing that we were charged more than double what they would sell the vehicle for. They admitted that we got screwed by sun coast, but since they were under new management their hands were tied. Nice to know that they can screw people over and not do be able to fix it. Never never again will I go there or refer anyone there.
Typical pawn shop high prices, when we left the Young lady said "bye, have a nice day" Otherwise not helpful.
I turned 85 Tuesday and I decided it was time for a new car. So I went to multiple place and couldn't get approved due to my fixed income (I am a retired school teacher). So I decided to give Suncoast a chance and it wasn't long before I fell in love with the sales staff and they put me in the perfect car and actually got me approved through a prime lender. I would recommend Suncoast to anybody. A+ Salesman A+ Management A+ Ownership A+ Inventory A+ Business.
We just purchased a 2009 BMW 535 xi wagon from Suncoast and wanted to share they are a reputable dealer in Ocean Springs selling used high end autos both from their show room (which I did not use personally) and online. We live in Brainerd MN and have been searching for a hard to find BMW 5 series all wheel drive wagon when their site popped up. I googled them and did not get any warning signs so I called and got Adam Kahl, their online manager for care sales. Adam was very helpful, low pressure and has good follow through. He immediately disclosed that the car had been in an accident but felt it was insignificant as their mechanics thoroughly checked the vehicle out. They also shared the carfax with me. I asked my brother in-law who lives in Ocean Springs to test drive the car and had an independent mechanic inspect it as negotiations were going smoothly.Adam and The (GM) Jeremy Windham worked out all the logistics including transporting the wagon by truck to our door.Bottom line, I buy almost nothing online, preferring local business and face to face interactions. However, finding the right used car locally is much more difficult and using the web opens many doors. I would not hesitate recommending Suncoast Auto Sales of Ocean Springs Ms to my family and friends. Thank you.
