This company loves to price gouge it seems. Our vehicles were towed from a grass field, that had no signs saying paid parking and charged us $700 to take them off the truck. Lowest of the low extortion is the only way to describe it. I would definitely not recommend doing business with them. They see an out of state tag and see dollar signs.

I needed a dependable and reliable vehicle to transport two disabled children as well as my mother to and from doctor's appointments in and out of state. The sales manager was well aware of this from the moment I walked through the door, but they sold me a complete death trap. I began experiencing problems with the front end alignment of the vehicle on my way home from the dealership and the front bumper fell nearly completely off. I returned the car three times where I was assured that the problems had been addressed only to have the car begin to give me the same issues less than a week after having it services there. I was told that someone would be calling me with instructions on where to take my car to have new rims put on the tires but not only never recieved that call, but any and all phone calls and messages that I have sent have been ignored. Also, it turns out that the vehicle I leased was under recall for engine failure and sure enough, the engine locked up with barely 107,000 miles and was at the Hyundai dealership being repaired for two months. Meanwhile, the vehicle is sitting in my driveway needing a new front end suspension system, tire rods, sway bar, tires that I have already replaced four times since I've had the vehicle, and rims that I was promised would be replaced, and I am stuck making monthly payments on a vehicle that is not highway safe or driveable. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They will gladly take your money and sell you a death trap and have no conscious whatsoever about selling two disabled children a vehicle that is under recall, obviously previously wrecked, and is not fit to drive off of their lot in the first place. The car has been in the repair shop or in my driveway more times than it has been on the road since I leased it from them, and I cannot afford the repairs along with the monthly note. This place should be shut down before some unexpecting person drives off in a vehicle that hurts or kills them!
I needed my car towed but had to get to work in a couple of hours. Champion was able to meet me within 10 minutes and had me at my house in 20 minutes. Very professional and prompt, and reasonably priced as well. Heck, I've even got time to write this review before heading to work!

This company is the most racist and unethical company on the gulf coast. They steal your personal property and over charge you if you are not white. Please people stay away from this unethical company!

Well of course my comment was deleted , I'm just trying to save someone their money and time about going here. Mr . Mark who is the manager there helped in every way he could , but unfortunately the other staff gave us the run around . The car that was "sold" to us was complete crap and would never start. After being stuck on side of the road , pushing the car off the highway, we took the car back via tow truck . The manager offered us a raggedy old beat down maxima or our money back and of course we got our money back and left. I recommend scko auto in mobile. I put $1500 down on a car from them in January and paid $75wk every week and always on time.Last month we got a job offer to make more money but it meant going a week without a paycheck.I called and asked if it would be a problem if i just paid 2 payments the next week and was told sure that's no problem. 3 days later,I woke up to no car.They got it and told me I'd have to pay a bunch of money to get it back.When I asked why he didn't uphihis word,he denied saying it.I decided I'd rather do business with honest people,and since I was told the air worked in an and by summer when summer hit,realized it didn't,I'm better off going elsewhere.
