Ulmer's Appliance Svc

Would not recommend. They charged over $345 for a 5 minute visit in ocean city (where they are based) to fix a fridge that wasnt worth much more than that. They were unclear about the pricing up front and were rude when questioned about it after. I wish I had used another company.

Nicest people in the world. I went there to buy a part, wasn't sure it would fit. First they told me to go to the hardware store because it would be cheaper. Then when I told them I needed to get it fixed that night and the store was closed they said OK they'll sell it to me. They don't take credit cards and I didn't have cash so they said take the parts and whatever I used pay the next day....unbelievable.

I called at 11am on a Sat. Tom was there by noon and diagnosed the problem. It was fixed before my next tenant arrived at 2. Ulmer's is the only one to use for appliance repair. I wished they were here in PA, too. I have used them before and will use them again. The office and service personal is professional and keep you in the loop.

I highly recommend them I have used them for service they are always prompt and reasonable The last call I made on a Sunday the gentleman just gave me free advice on phone . he not only showed me how to fix my problem and saved a service call and cost but he did it on a sunday.5 STARS
