Horrible service. I'm a disabled Veteran and a person of color, so sometimes I may be sensitive to certain behavior but in this case you decide...Wayne refused to greet me and denied having the item I was looking for. Even after leaving there was no professionalism in thanking me for buying something. If ANY Veteran or minority were to ask me my recommendation, I would have no hesitation in saying I would NEVER shop there again. #hiswayofmakingamericagreatagain

This location has the best customer service. They actually take your chlorine bottles out to your vehicle and load them for you. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Testing procedures, products available and pricing are in line with all locations. Highly recommend these folks.
"I ordered a 42 Watt LED Spa light, and received a 8 Watt spa LED spa light. Their order confirmation shows 42W, the linked product spec says 42watts, the pictures are all of the 42watt bulb. They say it is my fault, I should know that the spa light is only 8 watts!!!!! ???? There is no mention anywhere of 8 watts. I have had 38 email communications and another 8+ phone calls to deal with this. I want them to either send me 42watt light, or take care of return shipping and not charge me restocking fee... It has taking probably 6 hours out of me time to deal with the morons working for this company. " Also, this store consistently gets a 1-1.5 rating on most web sites.

Took a week to get our order. When we opened the box, replacement hoses for Pentair Sand Shark pool cleaner were bend inside 180 degrees. You never, never store pool vacuum plastic hoses folded, that is what the Pentair manual says also. When we pulled them from the box, they were crooked and retained this shaped for the 9 days that we had them. The Backyard Pool Superstore didn’t respond to our inquiries for 7 days. Then called and try to tell us that after a while, a miracle will happen and the hoses will fix themselves. When we insisted that they either deliver straight hoses or take the damaged ones back, they stopped communicating with us.DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM BECAUSE: 1) don’t understand the products they’re selling, 2) don’t respond to customer’s inquiries and 3) have no concept of customer service.
pinch a penny on 200 is much better...they don't seem very have any exp in this store ...and I took my same water to the one on 200 and it was 50.00 less...
If you order the wrong product in error - in this case suction versus pressure pool cleaner and attempt to exchange it for a more expensive item you're told you've got a 25% restocking fee and heck a list of return demands including don't dare touch the packaging as he only has that for a resale - never in all my years have I experienced such a difficult vendor for such a simple replacement. A fathers day gift that went wrong and a vendor that I truly recommend you should avoid, stick to Amazon for purchases, they are easy to deal with and no issues with returns.
