I emailed to get their current price for propane so I could refill my 500 gallon tank after the hurricane. the next day I got a message from Tanya telling me to call back! I did 5 times. 3 times I was told she was busy, Once left message with the person who answered for her to call me back. One other time I left a voice mail! Over a week has gone by nothing from Ferrellgas! It seems to be an industry trend for poor customer service!
