Will not go back. The sale is what it is- half truths, false promises. The installation was the worse, showed up 3 days late. Took a week to complete a 4 hour job. As you can see in picture poor set up. So far does not leak. Installers lack any professionalism what so ever. Asked that bolts be covered and the pump turned so gauge could be read. Told us we were welcome to call with in 90 days. Originally told to pay when satisfied, payment demanded when pool standing no water in it. Paid just to get him off the property. Pick another place so you get better quality and service.

Quoted a specific natural gas pool heater then delivered a different model for LP gas line. Said we had agreed to an LP heater instead of a natural gas heater. NO customer service, no follow up and very unprofessional when you address problems with them. I would never recommend them to anyone.
I really enjoy this business as a whole. Another location of theirs is my regular spa supply store and I get exceptional service from them. I was passing the Ocala location on my way to the Villages and stopped in to pick up something I was running low on. They are very knowledgeable about their products and I got service with a smile and few funny jokes lol. Great place to do business with
the sales staff was a rude as they could get. Leaving us during the sale to help other customers. There follow up service has been horrible, a simple problems of the tub not running right requires a water sample? The jets are not working, and the tub will not hold a temp, And when they looked at it the first time they did nothing. Absolutely would never recommend this business
If we could give 0 star we would.We are really disappointed with unprofessional behavior of worldspas in Ocala, FL.First, person that was switching our spa cover around, had to borrow tools from my husband and was asking for help.Second, my husband noticed some nails were missing on side of spa, but thought none of it, when the job was finished.When we confronted worldspas of Ocala for the third time and asked about repair we were given some lame excuse about storm damage. My husband secured cover so could not be lifted in hurricane, so that theory goes in drain.We've contacted them three times for issue and they never bothered to call back or respond by email.If the job was done right the first time we would not have issue now. They were just too greedy for money that they thought they would be able to do it themselves instead of sending one of their technicians.My husband did not have confidence in them from the start up and he was right.Bad for business - that's what we think of World Spas, Inc. in Ocala. Bring your business somewhere else.
Horrible service. I'm a disabled Veteran and a person of color, so sometimes I may be sensitive to certain behavior but in this case you decide...Wayne refused to greet me and denied having the item I was looking for. Even after leaving there was no professionalism in thanking me for buying something. If ANY Veteran or minority were to ask me my recommendation, I would have no hesitation in saying I would NEVER shop there again. #hiswayofmakingamericagreatagain

This location has the best customer service. They actually take your chlorine bottles out to your vehicle and load them for you. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Testing procedures, products available and pricing are in line with all locations. Highly recommend these folks.
"I ordered a 42 Watt LED Spa light, and received a 8 Watt spa LED spa light. Their order confirmation shows 42W, the linked product spec says 42watts, the pictures are all of the 42watt bulb. They say it is my fault, I should know that the spa light is only 8 watts!!!!! ???? There is no mention anywhere of 8 watts. I have had 38 email communications and another 8+ phone calls to deal with this. I want them to either send me 42watt light, or take care of return shipping and not charge me restocking fee... It has taking probably 6 hours out of me time to deal with the morons working for this company. " Also, this store consistently gets a 1-1.5 rating on most web sites.
