Ocala, FL Pizza Hut

From the minute of walking in I knew I should have turned an left. Very dirty environment. One other person in the restaurant and I was left at the courter for a good while before being greeted. The man who claimed to be the manager was very rude with me. As I stood waiting on my order which took quite some time I could hear him yelling at employees. Everyone looked miserable. Once I got my pizza I knew there was a problem because the box lacked heat. Upon opening I knew I had just paid for old food. I requested a refund and you would swear I killed his dog. Very bad customer service. Will never go back.

I watched the MANAGER re-sell an old pizzato an elderly gentleman and when the man tried to get a fresh pizza management redused and threatened to call the cops on him. Also, they dont wash any of the veggies they use for salads. Horrible customer service!

My wife and I ate there today, May 24, 2017, to celebrate our 33rd Wedding Anniversary (without letting the waitstaff know). The food (Egg Plant Parmesan and Shrimp with vegetables over fettuccine with cream sauce) was more than delicious. 12 stars out of 10!!The waitresses we had were so helpful and proficient and our meals were served after we enjoyed our salad and bread. What a way to celebrate! This place will always be at the top of our list when we visit the area. Thank You all for making our day special.

I ordered a thin crust vegitarian pizza at 8:42pm after I gave my debit card number and information, yet I had to call back more than 3 times and threatened to go through Dominos before I was told that my pizza would be free. I will find out at the end of this month (April) if I was charged. My pizza wasnt deliverded until 10:36pm. I may choose to go back to Dominos and deal with their grease. I'm DONE with Pizza Hut!!!!

Delivery always fast, order here often and our order is always correct. We have tried just about everything on the menu and haven't been disappointed once. We also order pizza for our kids birthday parties and they can take the order days ahead of time and schedule delivery for a specific time.

Awesome NY style pizza! Excellent staff! My favorite place to go for lunch or dinner. Local business, been there for years! Try the garlic knots.

I stopped in the Ocala Uncle Maddio's location multiple times and enjoyed it for sure. Whether it was a quick drop in for lunch or stopping in for a family dining experience, the food and service was great.

Got the biggest pizza they have and Wow.The the biggest pizza I have ever seen.One piece is bigger than a dinner plate.The sauce is amazing and the pizza all around is excellent. The antipasto salad was on point as well tons of toppings and arranged so well. They also added there own touch of flavor. The best all around in ocala period. Pizza night has a new meaning

4/13/16 new girl working window was rude we order everyday love thier food always treated great the new girl working window said its 20 minutes till close all you can order is hot n now and all we have is one peporoni left over?asked if i could see it?id rather eat the box looked descusting?goodby little ceasars we wont be back dont want to bother the new lazy girls bed time she looked she didnt care about herself never mind her employers reputation?hope they figure out the problem with thisngirl sice as long as shes there i wont be:-)
