Very DISAPPOINTING! They did nothing that was promised when I was paying then the delivery man dented the side plus the refrigerator wasn't strapped down damaging the refrigerator, floor and walls All I got was the run around from the sales person Addison, Johnnie the manager and even the owner!!

After dealing with Jamie Lawson and Tom Fiala, I have nothing but praise for them and the dealership in general. We shopped around and found no place that showed more interest in getting us into what we needed and making sure we were happy with the outcome. They are very caring people and have had our best interest in mind throughout the entire process. I have nothing but praise for them and the dealership in general.

We walked around on a Sunday and after looking at the vast number of Rvs they had , we were needing assistance in finding exactly the right model . That's when we met Tom at Optimum Rv . He is the best! He knew exactly the ones to show us and we ended up purchasing a model by Puma and can't wait to go Rving! We loved his personality and knowledge.

Service was excellent and they were highly knowledgeable, I did my research beforehand and had a good idea of what I wanted but was also open to other options. Tom helped me out by showing me not only the camper I wanted but the other available ones with a similar layout so I knew I was 100% making the right choice. Any questions I had, he was able to answer and if he didn't know, he talked to whoever could answer my questions the best.

I want to recommend our sales rep (Will Heath). First of all, Will is a great listener. Within minutes of or arrival, he found exactly what we were looking for. He answered all questions and made the buying process simple and stress free. Will has an easy going personality and seems to have the customers best interest at heart. He was a pleasure to work with. Hats off to the financial manager (Dennis) as well who was very informative. Basically, my wife and I never felt pressured and actually enjoyed the experience.

We bought a class a from Optimum in Ocala our salesman was Tom Fiala what a great guy patients of a saint funny a lot of fun and listens to your needs ask for Tom you'll be glad you did Edward and Linda Tomczak

We had bought a new RV last week from Optimum RV - there were a couple things that needed attention that we noticed a few days later so we brought the RV back to Optimum and what a pleasure it was to work with VINNIE POND in the service department - he took care of a tire issue we had immediately and also helped to schedule a service date once parts are available - an awesome individual! Thanks Vinnie!!

These guys went above and beyond to give me a great deal on my new camper and my trade in. No hard sells tactics. On the way to drop my old unit off I had a little mishap with my old unit, these guys jumped in the truck and meet me on the highway to help me limp in. They still took my trade in without a question. These guys are awesome.

We recently purchased a pre-owned motorhome from Optimum. It was a model that we have researched and had a desire to acquire for some time, but, they are hard to find. Optimum had one advertised and I reached out to inquire. We discussed over the phone and i had a good impression and wanted to proceed with the purchase. We drove from Charlotte, NC to Ocala and arrived around 5:00 pm on a Thursday. The plan was to check out the unit and come back in the morning to close the paperwork.
We were met with smiles (at the end of the day) and tons of offers to help understand the uniquities of the coach, sort out how things worked and just friendly conversation. The team there are fantastic and helpful people. They know what they are doing and, everyone, from management to the techs that work in the shop offered help and friendly assistance.I would highly recommend them if you are in the market and, they have what you are looking for. You wont be disappointing.

I posted a review before about the terrible service tech's and issues we had. Since then the dealership including the owner, has gone above in making things right. It just shows to try and stay patient and work through things. Just hope he continues on getting a better team in the service department. The sales team were awesome.

My husband and I are very impressed with how we were treated at Optimum during our search for our 1st motor home. We just brought our Allegro RV home yesterday. Shawn Grinage was a wonderful help in answering any of our many questions. Pete Smith, the manager, was also very helpful and both were super friendly. We have found some new friends! Thanks guys for helping us acheive our dream!

Howdy. My wife and I completed the purchase of a 2010 Coyote CP TT in January 2018 (within the last week, actually). We were impressed by the following folks: Tom Brooks (sales) who was so patient with us, answered our questions, and calmed our concerns. Hoss (not Cartwright, lol) who was very friendly and helpful. Jim (finance) who guided us through financial processes and made it easy with his easy going personality. Will (tech) who showed me how to correctly set up the weight distributing hitch and sway bar. Tyler (tech) who set up the electronic control and patiently showed us around the travel trailer and the many functions. Daniel (tech, bat man; not really, he wore a bat man emboldened cap) who swooped in to help Tyler and Will as they tried to figure out why the electrics weren't working after connecting to out truck. You should have seen these guys while they were ardently working the issue. We found out the truck was at fault:( Ah, the day was rounded out by Rory and Debby (RL&D Transport) who towed our trailer to our park for us. They were awesome. Thank you all for your help and wonderfulness.

We were very pleased with the care we received while purchasing our RV. Everyone from our sales person Jose, to the RV tech Will, and the financial salesperson were very helpful. Both employees went out of there way to answer all of our questions and concerns. We would highly recommend Optimum RV and these employees.

I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate the great service I received from the people at Optimum Ocala. I met Pete Smith at the RV show in Tampa. He quoted me a price for a new travel trailer and for my trade in. I drove all the way to Ocala from Tampa and met up with Sue Haberern. She showed me the trailer and worked miracles to get the slides opened. It was a Sunday afternoon and Sue never let on that the store's closing hours had already passed. She was extremely helpful and a large reason why I was able to finalize my decision on the spot. I also appreciate that Pete was true to his word and stuck with the prices he quoted.
I also, want to let you know what a great job Will (the tech) did on the day that we came to pick up our trailer. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with showing us the details of the trailer.
We will go out of our way to recommend this Optimum dealership.

After our RV was stolen we started watch YouTube videos on many brands and floor plans. After visiting a friend for the weekend in Panama City Florida we found the brand we wanted now we started looking for the floor plan and found it in Ocalla Florida Optimus RV. We looked at three fifth wheels and one stood out better that any others and the Forest river saber was it. The salesman Sky ( forgive me if I spelled it wrong ) was great to show us the RV's and some floor plans that was near the same to give us ideas. I want to say thank you Sky....

My husband and I just bought a travel trailer from Optimum RV in Ocala today. I have never seen so many people so willing to help us and were not pushy. We dealt with Sue Haberern who was wonderful. When we went back to look at used units Sue was out with a customer so Michael Loving, another sales person, filled in for her. The Sales Mgr, Pete Smith talked to us while we waited for Sue to come back originally. He was very honest and when we asked about a certain unit, he told us truthfully what was wrong with that one. Michael was very helpful and like Sue advised us about a lot of things we did not know about. The finance person, Tom Parker, certainly did his job well. I can't say enough about the knowledge, caring and honesty that was shown to all of us. Thank you Sue, Michael, Pete and Tom. I will recommend you all to anyone I run into looking for an RV.

Recently purchased a 2015 Cruise Lite... Salesman was amazing when I was shopping and took great care to see that the RV was ready as promised for delivery... One happy camper
