Nail Botique & Spa

I went to nail boutique and spa as a walk in for the first time about two months ago not knowing what to expect, but then my girl Milly called me over to her station because whoever booked an appointment with her didn't show up so i got lucky. Milly is very friendly, shes Hispanic so she speaks English, she educated me on things about nails that asian technicians would never tell you. When she was done with my nails i was shocked at how natural and beautiful they looked. It looked so good my mom started going to Milly and she loves her. Now my bestfriend is about to start seeing Milly. Last week i got a full set ombre pink and white and all my female patients love it. Milly is my new nail tech i will not be going to anyone else. If u ever go to nail boutique and spa book an appointment with Milly, you wont regret it.

Horrible customer service. Tina is extremely rude, had a 5 pm appointment, which I had made early morning. When I walked in she didn't even remember I had an appointment and began speaking in her native language, laughing and ridiculing me in front of the other customers. Called the Manager and he told me if I was not satifisfied with their service to go and try another hair salon. WOW!

I visited this salon for a pedicure. The service was terrible. The tech was on her phone and had me waiting for over 15 minutes. When she did get around to starting my pedi she was not thorough. She was more interested in answering and talking on her phone while doing my pedi. Then when I paid she was looking at my receipt to see if I left her a tip. Those $23 for my pedi was her tip and she did not deserve that. I will not go back. Note: I only stayed because I was with someone else who was getting a pedi as well. The tech doing mine finished with me before the person I was with was done with their pedi and she started well after them.

Horrible, brought my girlfriend her and they cut the hell out of all her cuticals and had an attitude about everything THE WORSE EXPERIENCE here

I will not go back. I went in for a pedicure Thursday night and it was the quickest service. The tech did not, however, do a thorough job on my feet. When it came time for the hot towel, I was shocked when he only brought one tiny face cloth for both of my legs. I still decided to go back today because I like the way Tommy did my nails.

When I arrived today, I was told to have a seat and Tommy would arrive soon. I sat for 25 minutes before asking the owner how long the wait would be. He replied, "could be 5 minutes or could be 30." I should have known to leave at that point.

He had me sit at Tommys station. He then started a huge fight with one of the workers. Very loud yelling and screaming. Even though no one in the shop could understand a word they were saying, it was clear that the manager was very angry and it was quite embarrassing for the nail tech too. The entire interaction seemed very demeaning and extremely unprofessional on the owners part.

Then, when my nails were complete, I noticed that one hands nails were longer than the other hand. ����

Needless to say, I will not be returning to Nail Boutique & Spa. There was nothing relaxing and spa-like during my visit today. Not to mention, Ibwas charged $5 for a cut down.

I visited this nail spa for the first & last time last week. Although the service I received wasn't anything special to write about, basic pedicure, I want to warn that I had an attempted fraudulent purchase of over $1300 on my credit card a couple of days later, I had felt uneasy when I went to pay, as he put my card through two machines the first one didn't produce a receipt. Luckily my bank was on the ball and notified me. I will not be going back there.

WORST customer service I have ever recieved. She was on her cell phone most of the time. She was very rude. The only reason why I didn't get up and walk out is because I was given a gift certificate to go here as a gift. I would give it no stars. Never again!!
