Here is the text of a recent email I sent
to Ellzey Plumbing,sent after two phone
calls to the office to discuss unsatisfactory service:
"I have contacted your office twice regarding
the poor service recently provided at
710 SW 19th Ave, Ocala. I have spoken with the
receptionist and have not received the requested
return call from a Manager.

During the second call to request a management
review of the situation, your receptionist was rude
and argumentative regarding the situation, stating
that the behavior I was describing was “not like” that person.

Your technician exhibited a rude, lackadaisical and
unprofessional attitude to both my tenant and myself.

He did not fix the problem the first time and clearly was
more interested in just getting in and out “in 15 minutes”

The second time he visited he spoke with me and was
clearly upset about having to return on his own time.
He again spent little or no time actually diagnosing the
problem and again did not resolve the situation.

I ended up calling another company who fixed the problem.

It is unsatisfactory that it has gone this far."
