Carribean Fish Market

God only knows I dislike having to write a negative review but this takes the cake.1. This Mom and Pop market need to follow the guidelines of the Health Department for proper cleanliness and handling of fresh meats and fish. You do not have cashier girl help you after handling money & touching other surfaces, for Pete's sake, "that is a BIG NO NO," and no she did not wash her hands. 2. I was the 2nd customer of 8 waiting for 1 hr for an 8 lb Grouper $55.00 single fish. Only 1 female butcher until rico suave walks in, hat on, says "I'll be right with you," takes him 10 minutes to get ready while cracking jokes in-between. 3. The male butcher with hat on, you need better communication skills, what part of I'd like my fish clean in and out, please remove the spine, split the head from inside in halve and leave the tail on because is for grilling and dinner presentation did you not understand? I get home to do your job ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Last complaint the other cashier did not know how to run a debit cash transaction therefore I had to spend the cash in my wallet. Overall after spending 1 hr waiting noticed your merchandise prices are overall quite steep. As far as the fresh perishables, "Bell Peppers," had mold perhaps retrain staff to remove spoiled goods. On another note, the restaurant did not make it and only God know why.
