Allstate Insurance: Michael Carroll

Michael Carroll and his staff have always provided the best rates and service for my auto coverage here in Gainesville,, FL. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism that I receive. I receive many offers from other insurance companies but none compare to my auto rates with Allstate.

Recently switched from GEICO. Mr. Beg saved me $325 on my car insurance. Very knowledgeable explained to me in detail the type of coverage we were getting. Always accessable, great guy, would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

If I could give this guy 0 stars I would. Called him to obtain homeowners insurance in FL...if you know anything about insurance in F it is a nightmare. Nobody wants insure floridians bc of hurricanes etc. So you cant go w/ progressive or State Farm. Called this guy, got us insurance, he filled out the wrong paperwork and our insurance rates went up more than 500 dollars than what e originally quoted us. Then we asked him to find us someone else w/ the original rate quoted, he found that and promised to cancel the first one. We moved in in August and it is now November and he still has not gotten us our refund and says it is the insurers fault, then said it is his assisntants fault. Now we have to sign all this paperwork and who knows what will happen from here. So essentially we have 2 homeowners insurance companies digging at us for money. THANKS MIRZA BEG!!! Hopefully someone reads this and does not have to deal w. the headache we are dealing with!
