The chicken Thai peanut sauce bowl is awesome
We went through the drive thru on 5/7/2017 at approx 11:45 am I asked for a iced tea 1/2 sweet 1/2 up sweet when I received it it was a sweet tea. We asked to add more unsweetened to the cup instead the manager Hanna threw the cup on what looked like the floor with an attitude and gave us another one after rolling her eyes and another attitude. We asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager but would not give us her name. Another employee came to the window and fineally gave us the name of the manager but did not know the store number. Over all very poor service from the manager. I would ha e hoped she would be an example for her employees to follow but this was not the case. We are from out of town and this is not a way to treat customers if you want them to come back.
I bought just a bkfast sandwich to go I asked for a medium cup to get water!They charged $1.00��������
This Subway is nasty from remarks the owners make food, work ethics, contamination of food, rude remarks to customers, and threats given by owners. I do not even want to rate this location but am required to so I give it a 1! Please do yourself and anyone you know a favor and go to any other Subway, if you want to call it that.
Ordered 2 piece dinner with beans last night, was the worst I had ever had, chicken wasn't done, beans were over cooked and hard.
Cold rice, and noisy but a friendly place.
So... just went to taco bell in the shores... I asked if they can break a hundred... she stated Yes... I proceed to order a five layer. Then she has the nerve to say That's all your getting with a hundred... I say Yes... proceed to pull to the window..... guess what it was a manager out of all people... then someone in the back decides to Say what is that hundred made of gold... and the manager laughed I called to see if the employee could be disciplined she denied it ever happened don't waste your money at a restaurant that offends customers then denies it

On Friday, March 10, 2013 my family went to the Ocala, FL branch for dinner. While eating the 2nd burger, something extremely hard/sharp went down my throat. I grabbed my throat and looked over at my boyfriend, then explained how I think I just swallowed something foreign. As I was folding up the sleeve, he grabbed it out of my hand and showed me that there were black/dirty foot prints covering one full side of the sleeve. FOUR more had shoe prints covering the sleeves. Who in their right mind drops something in a restaurant, steps on it, then puts it back to serve food in? My boyfriend went to the front. When he came back, I asked what the outcome was. He stated the lady didn't say anything aside from that she would make 4 more. Oh yum!!! I went to the counter and asked the manager to come over. I was calm the entire time. I explained to her that I feel we should receive a refund for what just happened. She stood there with a snotty face acting as if I've done something wrong and deserve nothing. She said, "You ordered two number 6's, right? I stated I'm not sure honestly. Again, she had snotty body language...acted as if this refund was coming out of her pocket. The cashier that rang up our order came around the corner and asked if she did something wrong. I explained to her that nothing she did was wrong, our order was fine, but I just swallowed something sharp and 5 sleeves have dirty shoe prints all over them. She voiced her opinion by stating that it was disgusting. I explained to her that I feel we should be refunded. I have absolutely no idea what I just swallowed and who serves food that way? The manager hands me back $6. Really, $6? Rather than continuing to deal with her, I decided I would end the conversation and take it to higher ups. The cashier brought our food over... I say to her... Wow, your manager is extremely rude. She's acting like I did something wrong. She tells me that this manager is always full of attitude, constantly gets complaints from customers about her rudeness and that she's always that way. What a great image and face for your company. I called corporate Monday (13th) at 2pm. Explained that I work and do not have time to call back, so when someone returns my call, leave a message with an email address so i may contact this way. I received no response. I complained on Krystal's Facebook page. I made a post, the person stated they would have corporate contact me. 24 hours no call. My first phone call came through Wednesday (15th) at 11am. I couldn't answer because I was working. I was pissed about the length of time it took to get a response AND no email address was left. I called back received voice mail, left a message stating to call me with an EMAIL ADDRESS. I received a call back. I submitted my email on May 16th. Still have not heard back from Krystal Corporate. Today is June 1st. That's customer satisfaction if I've ever seen it. I would highly recommended no one visit this location nor company.
I LOVE THE NEW LOOK BUT THE TWO DRIVE THRU ARE NOT WORKING AT ALL THE WAIT IS LONGER NOW THEN IT WAS WHEN THERE WAS ONLY ONE AND THEY ALWAYS GET MY ORDER WRONG NOW BECAUSE THEY GAVE ME THE ORDER OF THE GUY BEHIND ME THAT WAS IN THE 2ND DRIVE THRU. I THINK THEY NEED TO GO BACK TO ONLY ONE. ALSO I THINK THEY SHOULD KEEP A FEW KIDS PLAY LANDS AND THIS LOCATION ON E.SILVER SPRINGS BLVD SHOULD HAVE BEEN ONE OF THEM THIS McDonald's DOES NOT FIT IN WITH THE AREA YOU NEED TO CHECK OUT THE AREA BEFORE PUTTING THE NEW ONES UP. THIS LOOKS MORE LIKE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DOWN TOWN.
