I own 3 Hondas, I brought my last one from Honda of Ocala. My BIG PROBLEM is with their service dept. Took my 2003 Accord for a recall issue (wiper moter replacement), the service tech completely broke the two wiper blades assembly.To stop me from yelling they gave me free oil changes, one time they forgot to tighten the plug on my 2004 CRV and the oil drained out. If my son did not have the presents of mind to pull over when the oil can light came on, the engine would have been fried.Again, to stop me from complaining to Honda, more free oil changes with tire rotation. Honda of Ocala's service department lost the key for the locking hubs for my 2008 civic.Never again will I use Honda of Ocala for service. All 3 of my Hondas 03 - 08 are still in great shape and as long as I keep them away from HOO should go for a long time.
Jamie in the service department really made me feel like I was a true member of the the Cadillac family. This being my first Cadillac, I couldn't believe the fantastic level of service that they had to offer in regards to warranty work. Every concern that I had was addressed immediately. Because of the excellent service I received I truly believe there will be some model of Cadillac in my garage for many years to come. Kudos to you Sullivan Cadillac service department. Finally! A company that got it right.
The sales person, Robert Devonal-Blatt treated us with respect & went over & beyond of what I expect from a salesperson. He genuinely cared about us. The Finance MGR, JD, did not pressure us to buy optional services but explained them to us in a way that helped us to decide which ones we wanted. Not being pressured kept us from just saying no & we then purchased several services.

Traded my vehicle for new Camaro on Aug 7. Was due a refund because of difference in payoff and what I had paid. Palm Chevy paid of my account on Aug 17 and have known since that time what they owed on my refund. However today is 50 days since that payoff and I still have not received my refund...Happy customer?? Not likely....
The service team is very helpful just ask and outline your needs for your car. They will help you prioritize what needs to be done.
Called about ordering a boat and Millers never returned my call. Called back hours later and they wanted me to sit on hold will they helped other customers sitting at the sales desk.
I bought 3 New and one used CRV from this dealer. I really like both the sales and service departments. The staff make you feel at home and are really glad to see you. There is never any pressure and Service is always timely and withen estimates.
Horrible experience. The service manager Wes Price is a complete liar. I would never to go this dealer..
