This place should just be called Madness in honor of owner Jassica. She was outrageous and rude for no reason, I think I said ‘okay’ and she was immediately TRIGGERED! Just read the reviews and know she solicits positive feedback!!!! Acts completely unbalanced and vulgar around small children.
We have been before and the kids liked it. The owner doesn't have a very good attitude. Could have been cleaner. Biggest problem is that it is never open on a day when schools are closed. Just left there, no school today, thought the kids could get rid of some energy. Not open. Really?
Great concept, TERRIBLE ownership. The owner is absolutely the wrong person to own a place like this, and has several people questioning her mental stability and safety of children in her presence. It is incredibly too easy to set her off (HEAVEN FORBID if you say "alrighty" "sure" or "good luck" to her...) Staff looks miserable and their treatment is an obvious reason for high turnover rate. Save your money and go elsewhere- there is absolutely no way we will return, and we are honestly surprised they have managed to stay in business this long.
The rating has nothing to do with the establishment, it has everything to do with the rude owner! She is insane and I'm pretty sure she has split personalities. I took my two children in there today because they had a day off school, I walked in and the place was completely empty, just us and her. When I walked in she was sitting at a table with her laptop and talking, I figured maybe she is doing a video chat so I didn't give it another thought. We get to the counter and we start to get rung up and I'm talking to my children and she says something and it makes no sense to me so I just smile at her and turn my attention back to my children. She raises her voice now and says something again and I thought maybe she was just trying to be funny so I smile at her once again never saying anything to her and then she lost it. She started screaming at me and I realize at this point that she crazy so I start to apologize and told her I thought she was joking and she screamed "no this is not a joke" then she held her hand out and pointed at her finger and said see this, I'm not married and I said well that's ok and she screamed no it's not, your taking away from me, my son and my significant other. I was completely floored at her behavior. I was scared for me and my children's safety. As soon as she finished ringing us up she threw my card on the counter and walked outside and stood outside the door for about 10 minutes. I was scared to leave because I wasn't sure if she would verbally attack me again in front of my children who were crying and scared and said they wanted to leave. Finally after about 10 minutes of me calling around trying to get someone to come up there to help get me out of there a delivery guy came and as soon as they walked in the back I grabbed my kids and ran out of that place as fast as I could. She was by far the worst business owner I have ever met! Do not take your kids there, she doesn't care if kids are around, she was yelling and cussing.
The woman who owned it is a complete Nut Job. She does not know how to run a business. I just drove to three year old children over an hour to go play at this facility and I wasn't paying attention to what she was saying and made a comment which sent her over the edge and she asked me to leave. My children did not get to play She refunded my money I did not say anything after that because I knew something was wrong with her. I will never recommend or go to this place again what a waste of time Chuck-E-Cheese it is.
Never been in a facility that is so unprofessional in my life. The business concept is great, but the owner that runs this business is very bitter and displays behavior that is very disturbing. I've witness her yelling in front of customers and kids, she discusses private and personal matters in front of guest, and has no concept of customer service. She has a horrible reputation around Ocala and has eliminated customers ability to rate and review or even post about their experiences at her facility. I would not recommend using this venue or visiting.
I went in about a month ago and had a person ring me up at the counter and she was talking to herself and I think mumbling under her breath about her horrible day. I later learned that was the owner. My friend came to join me later and said the lady(owner) refused to ring her up and let her kids play because she's a Wells Fargo card member. Weird!? I know! My friend was so angry and bothered since her girls were looking forward to playing. I ended up leaving with them after I paid because it was pretty messed up. My friend looked into it and I guess this is not the first time people have had a problem with this lady. Don't go here please. I think there is another bounce house place in Ocala that I'm going to look up and try. By the way look at all the responses on Google to the bad reviews and how the owner responds all angry and defensive it gives you a glimpse of how true all the bad reviews are.
I have been to the hard rock cycle park a couple times so far to take my seven year old son to practice on his quad at the pee wee track. Today was the 3rd time I have been there. I must say this was the most disapointing day I have a had in a long time!! I arrived with my son at the hard rock and immediatley the guy at the front office had a poor attittude, like he just didnt want to be there. So I pay him $25 to let my son ride around for a while. My son takes his first ride around the track and starts to pull off and go back to the truck. He did not like riding the track and I dont blame him, the track was in VERY poor condition at that time. I went to ride with him around the track a couple times to try to find a smoother line but there was none. The track was rough and had a bunch of big rocks that were hitting the bottom of his quad. By the time I got around the track once with him, the guy came out and threw his arms up and told me to get off the track. ( We were the only ones on the track and I was going slow with him ) So I told my son to try it again and he did, but he stopped and shook his head no, that he didnt like it and didnt want to ride. So I went and told the guy that the track was too tore up, that my son didnt want to ride and I wanted to get our money back. He immediatley snapped at me and told me I that im not getting a refund and completley blew everything out of portion with a bad attitude. It didnt matter to him that the track was terrible, it didnt matter to him that the track was bad for a 7 year old rider, it didnt matter to him that I was only riding with him a couple times to see if we could find something smooth to ride, he just didnt care! When I told him that was a bunch of BS he starting mouthing off with a few choice words at me, so needless to say it went down hil from there. Lucky for him it didnt go further than just words! I feel that this was uncalled for and a sad way to run a buisness... just a " I got your money and dont care about anything else" way! Im not sure what his problem was today, I have never seen him there before, the first two times I went, there was a very nice lady at the front office and the track was in good conition and fun for him to ride around. I mean, Its not like we are broke and needed our money back , but we should get what we pay for and we did not this time. Which is our last time at this track!!From my experience today, I would recommend going somewhere else for your young rider/s. Especially if your planning on driving a ways to get there like us, because there is no telling what kinda condition the track is in and what kind of attitude that guy will have for the day!!
